Re: The Official, one and only, RWC 2023 thread
So, the RWC report card for week 1 Venue Organisation B- With the exception of the England game, not heard of any other significant problems. Anthems - Z - Absolutely terrible idea to get pre-recorded school choirs to sing them, ruins the atmosphere completely Officials B- A mixed bag, some Howlers...

Hopefully he sticks to this more conservative game plan. Didn't work out for him this time but he was very close.

No surprise they dominate the Google ads space. Do you have an example of one of their ads? They don't seem to have many ads according to Google's transparency report: https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR06395885527052058625?region=IE&topic=political Loads of dodgy ads eminate from ...

Re: Official United Rugby Championship thread
And the break, and the cross field kick for the try, and his defence and all the crisp passing. I think you need to mark him down for the yellow but other than that, he was excellent. Not looking for a shitfight, just didn't think he was good enough to deserve the slightly over the top rave reviews...

Re: Lawrence Dallaglio given time to clear £700,000 tax debt as he tries to avoid bankruptcy
His business acumen and management must be as shite as his rugby commentary and punditry I quite like Lol compared to Healy or Monye. God forgive me as an Irishman but Dallaglio was always my favourite player growing up, given I played 8. Proper tough, uncompromising karnt  Hope it all wor...

Re: U20’s
If you're going to go on about missed kicks costing games then you have to admit that the knock on from the kickoff effectively gave France a try. 19 out of 20 he catches, that, way higher chance than the kicks.

Re: U20’s
I think he looks much more solid than Sexton did when Sexton started appearing for Leinster, years older. Just oozes confidence. Sexton is a worrier. Unsure if that's long term a problem but looks great right now

Re: 2022 The Rugby Championship
Ref is doing his best to ruin a fantastic game with pretty technical calls that don't need to be called. Disagree, i think the ref is having a great game, and a technical penalty, is still a penalty. Cane was lucky not to be carded there, without the ball or arms. That was clear as day. My post was...

Re: 2022 The Rugby Championship
The fact NZ's captain had to have the penalty explained that he blatantly conceded, and at which he also didn't wrap, should be really worrying for the coaching staff. He should have had his hand up to acknowledge the brainfart.

Back to back wins against England :spin Hats off. Italy is doing some serious building. Or was ... hasn't the new Italian Rugby President been elected partly because he promised to undo the underage set up and give control back to the clubs? Is that actually going to happen? Seems a terrible shame ...

I'm afraid as ugly and elitist a statement as that is in the way he posed it, there is much weight behind it. We have a population explosion and those with the least means to support themselves are the ones driving it. Er, which exact population explosion are you talking about? 🤔 Maybe you require ...

Re: Abortion. Pro or anti?.
The problem is that many, if not most of the children of the underclass are incapable of benefitting from education. They will be unable to hold down a job and be unemployed, living on benefits , just like their parents and grandparents before them. Truly a cunt of a post. I'm afraid as ugly and el...

Re: Heineken Champions/Challenge Cup 2022 Semi-Finals Weekend
Allowing South Africans into your league is your business. Trouble is your shithouse league letting in South Africans is the back door for them to enter the European Cup. I suspect we're very close to a tipping point where the main commercial drivers, the Anglo-French clubs (by miles) just wonder w...

Cycle couriers seems to have all but disappeared now though.
