Re: What's going on in Ukraine?

The Russian economy is now completely dependent on the war continuing.

Why so? If the war stops and various resources, materials, capital, labour can be freed up for other undertakings wouldn't that actually prove useful? Okay if one accepts the premise that economists love in a model ...

Bugger.
3 starts and three wins after an almost out of the top 6 without him and Proctor

PUJ can play well (Waratahs) but more thna often he won't pass, preferring to try and smash through. A big step down from Higgins

Even though they got a hiding I love what Drua (and MP) bring to this comp.

It's great when they pan to the crowd and you see the locals who are fans of the visiting team and probably have been for years, now they get to see Soup in their own country.

But a very poor play at the end lost the Highlanders this match. Some are the NZ SR teams first are a bit limited.

Canes ahead 20-15 at HT.

Impressed with the Higgins/Proctor midfield.

We play him at fullback because right now we think he’s probably better at fullback and moving to 10 but what I like about Ruben is he really wants to contribute and take ownership, he wants to know the ‘why’, and he wants to drive the team,” Laidlaw added.
