Re: Saffers
This is Fangle's daughter. Not sure who needs to hear this, but he passed last month peacefully at home. He spoke of his Planet Rugby friends fondly and frequently. I'm currently closing up everything on his computer, and realised that maybe you guys might want to know. Thanks for being good friends...

I’m still going and have been given up to six months left. I’m feeling no worse than before, but I’ve stayed away because I don’t want sympathy. And tell Rinkals that I stopped talking to him because he twisted everything that I posted. Bye and thanks for the good times. Over and out. . Rode my bicy...

7 day case rates in age categories up to 45 year olds in Scotland going up - minimal increases in 45-64 age category and above. Looks like combination of easing lock down and new variants having an impact in Scotland but looks like those vaccinated ie over 50s are not catching the virus which looks...

Question for the UK guys, do you still have the masks mandate ? We are easing up even tho only 50% of the pop has been vax, masks mandatory in planes, public transportation, hospitals, some stores, in my state positive rate is around 2% and going down. Over here we are only up to 37% first doses an...

The Wright Brothers by David McCullough is a very thorough biography of the brothers all the way from childhood through the development of their planes. They were much more successful in marketing their ideas in Europe, especially France than back in the USA where there was originally a lot of scept...

We are so fortunate to have such choices. So whichever you land up are probably easy to use, some easier than others. So just use it happily.

I spent some time in Brazil and they love their braais/churascarias. And their last and best cut of meat is always the picanya. What cut is that? Sweet, tender and tasty. And for early snacks they have multiple skewers of chicken hearts. It took some while to try that, but I grew to like it. Picanh...

Rather a right wing arsehole than a left wing fucktard... Are cryptic crosswords too difficult for you Rinky? Shame! They are indeed, Fangle. My mind just doesn't work that way, I'm afraid. I'm a lot better at Sudoku. My issue with the Telegraph is their news content rather than the funnies page: t...

He was an excellent hooker, player and captain. The coach was dog shit bad with some very poor selections. You're on your own there. This must be the first time I've heard his name since he stopped playing for the Boks. I really rated him as a player and provincial captain, until he was made captai...

Daily ibuprofen? Isn’t that bad for the stomach along with other anti-inflammatories? Sometimes I take Naproxen as an anti-inflammatory, but only a couple of days at a time.

How do you take your turmeric? Pills or powder in water etc? And how much daily! I should try it for my knees as well. At least in part it's due to timing. Covid was established as Covid before suddenly Donald started to try and rebrand it as Chynavirus. The motivation was clear - rebrand to make it sound like someone else's fault, especially at a time when the US was struggling to deal with it. Didn’t it take a wh...

Why are we happy to speak about the lethal variants for the virus according to their supposed source, like the Brazil variant, the South African variant, and the UK variant, but not allowed to refer to covid-19 as a Chinese or Wuhan virus? Fears of Xenophobia?

White goods that pack in after five years and a day and it costs half the price of a new one to replace a chip. Over here they will be setting up in the mega black churches to make it easier for those congregations. I hope that they will be able to do the same with the Evangelical ones as well. Some folks are difficult.
