I spent some time in Brazil and they love their braais/churascarias. And their last and best cut of meat is always the picanya. What cut is that? Sweet, tender and tasty. Over here they will be setting up in the mega black churches to make it easier for those congregations. I hope that they will be able to do the same with the Evangelical ones as well. Some folks are difficult.
