When this thread started it gave me the motivation to do something about my weight
I have gone from 118kg down to 106kg by increasing exercise & cutting out carbs
Also whomever mentioned eating the 4 almonds to stave off hunger pangs- that really works for me.

Other than a sore are around the injection site , no side effects
