He's supporting it on his knees. That's how!
He actually lay down on top of the ruck to get out of the way of the clearout.

Re: Ireland v France match thread

Bealham has been a very good player for years. He's just had to live in Furlongs shadow. Yep - Gas listening to people rave about his handling with a "who knew" type shrug! Eh anyone that's ever watched him play! While he's not Furlong, he's a damn fine player and one aspect where I knew ...

Re: Scotland v Wales match thread

Edinburgh have a top 2-3 in the world full back. For a club tram their back 3 and bench player is probably Graham, Van der Merwe, Boffeli and then Kinghorn. He definitely isn't, if he was he'd not of spent most of his time on the wing the last 3 seasons. There's 3 better full backs than Boffeli? I'...

Re: Scotland v Wales match thread

I can't believe people are even discussing hogg vs Kinghorn. I'd have Kinghorn in. That could be what they're looking at with bringing Healy into Edinburgh. Frees Kinghorn up to play at Fullback for Edinburgh. Still only 26. Seems to have been around for a longtime. Edinburgh have a top 2-3 in the ...

Finn and White have been solid earners for me.
White is a cheap/high value pick so far.
Actually he was crap this week.
Totally forgot about this this week. 3 players not playing and another one on the bench!

Re: The OFFICIAL NPR Book Thread

Half way through Al Gore biography "Inventing Al Gore". Fairly ho hum, prototypical D.C. insider upbringing - Dad was a senator, went to boarding school in D.C. then onto Harvard. Interesting tidbit are the efforts that his wife Tipper and other congressional wives made in bringing in cen...

Re: Official Photography Thread

Hiya, one image but I use Capture One. Just about the best picture development software I know. has a 30 day trial and takes a few goes to ‘get it’ (help vids are good). I tend to use layers and luminosity masks quite a bit. I try not to spend any longer than max 15 mins on a photo or it gets that ...

Re: Official Photography Thread

PCPhil, you have a distinct style and I'm curious about your workflow. Are you getting those results from a single image? If so, are you doing anything vaguely complex like using luminosity masks? Or are you manually blending more than one exposure? Hiya, one image but I use Capture One. Just about...

There are a shocking amount of "lurkers" appearing. Fantastic if they are genuine. otherwise, Anon will be busy Haha well I've lurked since circa 2003! Tried to join a few times but never seemed straight forward. As a Irish man living in Scotland I've found it a great source of informatio...

Nope, these are the floating ones off Peterhead a little further north. Not sure whether you can see them from his golf course but they definitely don't give you Cancer!
