Re: The Rugby Championship - W3 - 29 July : Aus v NZ / SA v Arg
As a neutral I think the Bok problems stem from Willie not letting the 10 develop. It's OK for him to direct play now and then but the guy takes over at 10 without the responsibility of a 10. If the 10 is useless then drop him but at least play them at 10 and let them sink or swim or put Willie at ...

My dad was in Burma in the late 40s, early 50s and most of the people from his area were deported back to Pakistan. We had guys that had businesses, lose everything. When he came to UK, he saved like mad because he feared the same here and built proper homes in PK and invested in property in Islama...

Rugby is dangerous, people know its dangerous and then people will act surprised when some report or other officially states its dangerous. It's the same with boxing and MMA.

Does the UK have murder squads butchering dissidents? We might have just clamped down on protest but I don't see the Met doing that just yet - in their spare time as a hobby, maybe. These are deeply repressive theocratic authoritarian regimes with a history of violence against their own people as w...

The negative attention is overwhelmingly outweighed by the positive - the advertising, the careful PR, the rabid fan bases, the "humanising" of a bunch of bloodthirsty bastards, etc etc. Sure, it's not going to work on everyone, but it doesn't have to. It just has to make them more palata...

LIV certainly didn’t seem to go away, such was the money injection. I fail to believe they are making anything given the exorbitant cash being thrown at the players. So something being paid over it’s market value is not great. The other issue with it really is sportswashing. But I certainly don’t f...

The ABs are awful relative to their standards. The Boks are also poor. They have amazing backs but they never use them. And as soon as a team matches them physically, they have nothing.
