Re: Lions 2021 to be played in the UK?
Thanks for that AF. Hope SA A get more matches. Lot of cost to get them there for only one. I think they will have to go over with 40ish players anyway because of quarantine etc., they probably cannot fly in extra players that easily. Also RSA A could be filled with some players playing in Europe a...

Some of the app links don’t work https://www.rugbypass.com/signup/ And follow the Supe join link which takes you to liverugby.net Better than nothing but how do you chromecast it? Shame none of the old rugbypass functions are available, play from starts, 15 second forward etc. Hope they will add th...

Re: What did we learn about the AB's this year?
To answer the question in the topic title, not much. In most positions we’re stuck with the same questions as after the RWC. We have no idea what our team for 2023 is going to be and the gameplan is helter skelter rugby. A lot of talent was barely tested and the only thing we’ve learned is that we s...

Re: Argentina rugby suspends captain
I think this is the right approach from the AUR, Those tweets were probably meant to be funny by young ignorant men. I don't know much about the sense of humour in Argentina but I know that not everywhere it is as politically correct as in UK/USA, especially 10 years ago. Still the things said were ...

Re: Tri Nations: All Blacks vs Pumas: MATCH THREAD: Sat 14th Nov
During this game I had to think about that part in Chasing the Sun were Rassie speaks about entitlement (https://youtu.be/6SSUych6qh0). The ABs were coming of a loss and talk during the week was about sending top players home so they can see their families sooner. There is definitely a lot wrong wit...

I think his brother already plays for the national team. I think he first want to develop himself as a rugby player before goIng over there.

LOWE just like Akhee were average chiefs players who went on to play for an average tier 1 team, could say the same for anscombe and parkes, All Black rejects is the correct term..NZ have better wings otions that can bring on if they lost reece and clarke and reiko today Charles Piutau on the other...

If Lowe was eligible and playing in NZ, would you guys have him to start this weekend? He seems like the wing option the AB’s are missing atm (especially with Bridge injured).

Will be interesting to see whether the Springboks were right to skip the RC. If Argentina is anything close to competitive, the Springboks should have been here. The Springboks should have been here, regardless of the result of this match. They didn't come because they were angry at RA and NZR for ...

Re: Tri Nations: Wallabies vs All Blacks: MATCH THREAD: Sat 7th Nov
By geez some of the Wallaby posters on other forums seem to be getting a little concerned about Rennie's selections. I can see his point in most of them ,and he obviously admitting he got it wrong dropping Banks. I not sure about playing Swinton at 6, what I saw of him in Super AU he was just a che...

Curious whether Fozzie is going to give Aumua a run. If he learns to translate his power to test level, he can have a good impact of the bench.

Re: Tri Nations: Wallabies vs All Blacks: MATCH THREAD: Sat 7th Nov
Hopefully Savea and Moody come straight back into the starting XV. Karl was OK last night, but I'm keen to see more of Hodgman and hope he makes the bench again. Scott Barrett or Vaa'i on the bench is a toss up for mine. Would like to see Jordan on the bench as well. Agree. I was kind of expecting ...

Re: Do we need to talk about Jordie?
I think JB either needs to play 15 or not play at all. He is not a winger and doesn't offer the impact of the bench like DMac. I think he will be the best full back in NZ and a potential WPOY in 2023 so I think he should start and gain experience. Not play at all. World Player of the Year? What am ...

Re: OFFICIAL - Rugby Championship Thread
Will any of the European based players be available for this? I don't know, but this tournament does not fall within the WR test window. SANZAAR has had one job to do since Mid march and the cancellation of Super Rugby. That job was to organise this tournament. And so far it's been a complete farce...

I don't expect the European clubs will be to happy to release their players for this long and for them to enter some kind of quarantine extravaganza.

Re: What to do with Beauden Barrett?
Just put BB on the wing. Mo'unga is a better 10 at the moment at Super level and has all the potential to become a better test 10, if he gets some gametime in that position. Jordie got trown into the deep to quickly but is a potential WPOY and 15 will be his position moving forward (otherwise he wou...
