Smith has thrived in a team that is built around his attack and they leak a lot of tries too.

I don't think there are many international flyhalves who play purely on instinct. The game is too structured for that now.

If you think that the All Blacks play unstructured rugby and that their 10's rely solely on instinct you might be very mistaken.

I am saying they are intelligent enough to know that if a vokken plan is not working to try something different without a waterboy going over to them on the field and saying it's OK to not to vokken kick. I think we have some of the dommest flyhalves in the world. Zombies

Who is Dylan Richardson? Sharks back row picked for the Scotland training squad. Given the back row options Scotland has he must be good.

106 kg flanker. He's short but not small. Bigger than Kolisi, Hooper and Ardie Savea. Problem is he's just not that good. You're welcome to him. Select him and you'll be easier to beat.

Lots of energy. He loves being wherever the ball is. Has a mixed bag of turnover, ball carrying and ferocious tackling. Wants to get tries.

I get dizzy watching him...its like watching the kids play

If he is as described it is slightly odd as Scotland does not lack all action back rows. What we do lack is a bruising ball carrier in the back row.

Yes, quite, it does seem a bit odd. If we are going to raid SA for a backrow, you'd think we could find a bruising ball carrier!

He is not a bruising ball carrier. He's very good, and I think he'll play very well given the opportunity. But will need to be picked as part of a balanced backrow or a suitable gameplan.

I'm really enjoying it. Great to play new teams but also against well known international names. I think they've done a good job branding it, and I've generally enjoyed the pundits.

The games have been good too.

I would tend to take the assessment of Sharks players by supporters of other provinces with a pinch of salt.

I love this competition. Much more benefits for our teams compare to Soup rugby. Apart from that its great to play in countries where the club culture and support is still in tact.

Do we have any idea if or when the Boks will join the URC?

I would have thought that players who hardly featured for the Boks (like Fassi) would have been back with the team by now.
