Supporting the Bangladeshis here. They have beating the Aussies once in a T20 WC. They're a real shit shower this time though.

Getting ugly
Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot, But he'll remember with advantages, What feats he did that day
I'll admin I'm not a follower of Bangladesh, what would you say are the reasons for the decline?FalseBayFC wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 9:52 am Supporting the Bangladeshis here. They have beating the Aussies once in a T20 WC. They're a real shit shower this time though.

Well they've always been a minnow but have showed the potential to become a cricketing power. They have a population of 165 million cricket fanatics so they'll eventually get there. But they've flattered to deceive over the last couple of years.handyman wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 10:33 amI'll admin I'm not a follower of Bangladesh, what would you say are the reasons for the decline?FalseBayFC wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 9:52 am Supporting the Bangladeshis here. They managed wins over both Australia and New Zealand just a few months ago (in Bangladesh), and should have done better than they have in this tournament. They also lost to Ireland just before the World Cup began, and were also beaten by Scotland in the qualifying rounds. They've been rubbish, and appear to have largely given up even trying now.FalseBayFC wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 10:59 amWell they've always been a minnow but have showed the potential to become a cricketing power. 73 all out, Zampa with 5.
Aus will be looking to knock this off in under 10 overs to get the netRR up up and away.

Yeah that was nagging at me too while we were going at 6 an over. Anyhoo. We now need to smash England and hope that the Windies show a bit of spine against Aus. I suspect they might be in party mode by now though. Poolside with martinis and Russian models in bikinis.Insane_Homer wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 12:12 pm Done in 6.2 overs. bye bye SA.

Hoping against hope here, but if 1 or 2 Windies comes of, they have a great chance of winning against Aus.FalseBayFC wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 12:27 pmYeah that was nagging at me too while we were going at 6 an over. Yeah - the Windies can't really be arsed with this can they.
The concerning thing for WI cricket - is that they don't seem to have much in the way of youth coming through.
At least we might see the Windies go after a big total - could be some fun fireworks.

Why has Devon Conway gone into his shell in terms of batting?
