Nope. I did around 60 mins, although that could have been Herschel’s box kicking.

Just watched the ABs - Italy test, and I'm so bloody glad I didn't stay up late to see it live.

What a shambles. So many handling errors, turnovers, penalties conceded...plus an utterly inept, whistle-happy ref...just horrific to watch.

Very few positives at all. Um, the hookers scored some tries. Er, Christie played well...

Fuck it, flush the dunny.

I did watch it live (kick off at 10PM here) and it was a totally shambolic performance. From the start, the forwards had no interest in participating in rucks, meaning we got utterly shit ball over and over and over again. The backs too had bugger all interest in catching the ball cleanly for most of the game.

Very few of the backs came out of that game in credit. I can't recall the last time a midfielder playing as poorly as Ennor did. He's big, strong and runs fast in a straight line, but he's also clumsy, passes badly and lacks vision. No idea why he's even playing at centre tbh. Maybe he was suffering from his early head clash with Weber? Dunno, but he was shit.

It's always baffled me how he was seen as an AB option, honestly. Never seemed to have the class of an AB outside back.

I know a lot of the Welsh won't like hearing it; but they should be disgusted at the missed opportunity today.

They had the WCs at home; playing like complete spackers, for the first 50 minutes; & they couldn't land a punch. Sure their defense was excellent; but offensively; they offered SFA; despite SA kicking them endless possession.

Epic humblebrag 😂

Probably more a dig at the previous coaches that lost in Cardiff and didn’t select him, than his team mates to be fair. But then again, he does have a reputation as a team jokester, so I wouldn’t put it past him either.

Heinrich Brüssouw had a similar record against the All Blacks I believe, but was never consistently selected.

I am very happy that Kolisi's game has come good. He's playing the best rugby of his career imo. Given the revelations of his partying years, its highly possible that his conditioning wasn't optimal for a while. There is some nice salt in the article below about his referee management.

Nice to be back live but HQ was an utter utter shambles yesterday. As mentioned an hour of queuing to get in (Tonga arriving late was a godsend for them, at 3:15 the stadium was less than half full). Finally the head steward said to give up searching, a couple of his colleagues started yelling at him and deliberately took longer, with an increasingly irate crowd the result.

Queues for the bars were 20 mins plus throughout and snaked from one bar to the next one.

All in all a very poorly run operation

It was like that for all the games for me, all the time: like not enough fps. Amazon's streaming service seems sh*te. I'm on a 500Mb (up and down) fibre connection. Netflix and all other iplayers (BBC, ITV, France 1-5 etc) all work perfectly.

The Welsch was poor. Their defense look vulnerable the few times we ran at them. Our forwards were to powerful for them.

Our rustiness and arrogance not taking 3 points cost us a lot of points.

Will be much better against the Scots

Talking of annoying, the video doing the rounds of the that guy strolling down the steps before jumping onto the pitch in Cardiff is pretty annoying. Presumably his mate took it then decided it would be hilarious to put it on social media, even after the reaction of people in the stadium . Who needs enemies etc

Tbh they were quite lucky it was Tonga - had it been next week and only 40,000 people in their seats for the scheduled start time things would have got a bit ugly I think.

A combination of being a suburban station and being run by South West Trains means it will always be a nightmare. I walked to/from Richmond so no such issues

HQ is a shit stadium in a nice part of town, the opposite of Wembley which is a nice stadium in a shit part of town.

Some years ago a bunch of us went to the sevens - which is a great day out. A mate went to the bar for a beer. I decided to grab a sandwich so I left the stadium, cycled to the 7-11 in Twickenham and back. I was seated before he returned with his beer - such were the queues.

That was the claim by the referee and the TMO.
But YouTubers have shown that it was yet another bullshit call against the Boks by a TMO.

The only Boks that advanced were onside and all the Boks within 10m that were offside retreated.

The exceptions were Kwagga and Marx.
Kwagga was on the ground, and he retreated as soon as he got to his feet. Marx started advancing, looked up to see where the kick was, saw it was shallow and started retreating.

I’m actually pleasantly surprised how well the Bok players knew the law and adapted on the fly. Am has to be one of the smartest players we’ve ever had.

Glad we didn’t lose the match due to that call, but still annoyed that we got shafted by the TMO yet again.
