Ox Nche?
Damn he was good. The Tank too....Stormers scrum took a beating....Kittsy became a Puddy tat
It would be damn interesting to see the $harks pack scrum against the Stomps pack without my Grandmother @3 for the Stomps.

Thomas The Deckchair gave a good display against the Ginja Ninja.
Ox was always going to murder my Gran.
I knew that when the Bulls scrum looked good against the Stormers we were going to eat them for breakfast.
Sharks scrum is better than it gets credit...Lions too....the Lions scrum will have the Stormers scrum for fun

Perhaps we need to look at the quality of the Stormers' locks. Maybe their props weren't getting enough power from behind.
Fair point.
Both set pieces the Stormers llocks struggled.
Sharks never struggle against them on lineouts
It's the weirdest thing....

Ouch....Gelant looks set to sign with Racing.
Apparently he is unhappy about taking a seat for Willemse.
I wonder if that point he made after Willemse's try was some niggle.

In other news Racing's attempt to lure Bosch has fallen through. He is happy at the Sharks. Must say I am not in love with our import. We always seem to lose points when he comes on. Bosch apparently has been injured.

Ha ha!

Sad for the the Stormers but great news for Gelant. He'll learn a lot in such a strong competition. He's one of two specialist fullbacks in my 2023 RWC squad. The other is Fassi. Both can also do a great job on the wing.

SARugbymag.co.za understands that the club in question is Racing 92 and that the Parisian club offered him a salary in the region of €450,000 (R7.7 million) per season.Gelant’s contract with the Cape union ends in June this year and, while negotiations regarding a contract extension started late in 2021, it is believed that the talks between the player and the union have since broken down.

Racing recently secured the services of Bok prop Trevor Nyakane, a move that may strengthen the chances of Gelant opting to move to Paris.
are we going to call him 8bar now....

He can seriously tell Willemse to vok off at that salary...

Sharks - Stormers
Bulls - Lions
Scotland - England
Ireland - Wales

That's 4 matches between 3 and 9pm. I'll have to watch on multiple devices. No time to braai. It'll have to be a toss up between MrD's KFC, Pizza or Fish and Chips. Fortunately no family home this weekend so no-one to witness me being a slob.

Planning to wander down the hill to the Notties pub and catch the main game there. My nephew's over from the UK, so I'll go down with him.

Hopefully, we don't get too shitfaced, otherwise I'll be in the dwang with my sister.

When I worked in Ladysmith I would often stop at Notties for a beef and onion pot pie and a pint on the way to Durban. A very lekker pub. My folks now live in Howick and its one of my go to spots when I am in town.

Just got home from cricket...youngest got to captain the under 10s under their first match of the season. What an impressive performance first game. They played like under 12s. Youngster got 2 wickets, for 1 run in 2 overs.
So I am in a great mood.
Will have to light a fire.....but have no clue what I feel like......maybe Schicken

Aimee B-T having a bit of a mare with some dodgy calls. Johan Grobbelaar is a really good hooker. Good depth for the Boks in this position with him and Joseph Dweba.
