In South Africa it's flat out war when our top schools play..

Our two chicken runner fatties got the Calcutta Cup for Scotland, just think what a full Bok team can do in this competition.

Biffer should be thankful to us. Only an Affies Saffer can tame that English Viking in that last few scrums.

Unfortunately for you, you have Stephen Jones (Walrus) on your side, so it must be a bad idea.

Two great tests today. Would be a perfect fixture list if England played the Springboks tomorrow.

EXCLUSIVE: South Africa are set to replace Italy in the Six Nations from 2025 in a seismic move for rugby's global structure, with investors CVC a 'driving force' behind the idea after buying a £365m stake in the competition
South Africa's switch to the Six Nations is still very much on, with talks continuing about the Springboks joining Europe's showpiece tournament from 2025.
Despite Wednesday's announcement that South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and Argentina have committed to the Southern Hemisphere's annual Rugby Championship for three more years, it is understood the world champions' union remain intent on realigning with the North.
With the country's provincial sides set to participate in European tournaments from next season, the next step is for the Boks to be integrated into the Six Nations. This scenario was first reported by Sportsmail in February 2020 and, although the timescale has altered slightly, the outcome has not.
Initially, it was thought that the move — which has profound implications for the global structure of the sport — would take place in 2024, shortly after the next World Cup.
Now, sources have indicated that the complexities of the arrangements mean the move will take effect 12 months later.

"We still have a Sanzaar contract that is signed but we are exploring other opportunities," said a high-ranking SA Rugby official who asked to remain anonymous.
"Playing against New Zealand makes us both strong but, if we want to keep players here, we need to get more money. Unfortunately, the money is in the north.
"We are not trading in a market where the currency is very strong. The only way out for us is to trade with England and France and those markets."

This fucking obsession with arbitrarily sticking tests into a league format to make them 'more meaningfu0'l I swear the only people that want this are journos and a few union bods who don't think trumpeting their position in the rankings is enough, they need some other measure of standing. Cunts the lot of them.
Test matches are meaningful by fucking default. I don't care if it makes it harder for journos to pull a narrative out of their taints for their half-arsed match reports.

You are just as stupid as the Welsch lot. Comparing SA currency with the Springbok trademark is two different things. Compare in your Queens pounds the Springbok value with Italy national rugby team? Hope you get it in your one brain cell.Kawazaki wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 7:17 pmOomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 8:52 amRugby is driven by money.
