Can you imagine the ego to think he could last three terms, (presumably to be in power longer than Thatcher) ?
The UK, or at least the vestigial rump of it after NI, & Scotland left; would resemble Zimbabwe.

Not sure he's an actual Tory, but is seems the attention seeking whore Lozza Fox went full Nazi on twitter. Of course he thought he was being clever. He's not, he's dumber than a rock.
Grimes, of course, thinks it's hilarious.

It's exactly what I can imagine him thinking.
Otoh, I was a bit surprised that he'd want to stay on such a low income for so long, the gravy train afterwards seems to be pretty lucrative. Unless of course there is a way he can find funding for the lifestyle to which he feels he is entitled in his current position.
£150K tree houses don't grow on trees.
Tory donors may be less willing to fund his extravagances once he is no longer in office.Tichtheid wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 10:21 amfishfoodie wrote: ↑Sun Jun 26, 2022 7:42 pm Can you imagine the ego to think he could last three terms, (presumably to be in power longer than Thatcher) ?

Maybe the slug should set up a Kickstarter for his next vanity project, see how far and true the support of all those brown-nosing colleagues and admirers saying he's doing a really great job on Twitter really goes.

It's so they can park the kid away from earshot to ignore his crying, and to get the little fellow used to parental abandonment in preparation for when he's packed off to boarding school aged 5.Insane_Homer wrote: ↑Mon Jun 27, 2022 10:59 am Some treehouse questions.

Wonder if barristers will get the same outpouring of acrimony as the RMT? Probably not since the dispute involves remuneration for Legal Aid work which our beloved Government and their pet press dogs will no doubt view as not essential ( as opposed to those essential lawyers trying to help the Government break international law)
Barristers walk out of courts in strike over pay
Barristers are on strike across England and Wales in a long-running dispute over pay.
Eight out of 10 cases at London's Old Bailey were disrupted by the walkout, barristers outside the court said.
Justice Secretary Dominic Raab said the strikes will "delay justice", as courts already face a backlog of 58,000 cases.
Barristers across England and Wales have walked out after a conflict over legal aid funding and rejected a proposed 15% pay rise.
Members of the Criminal Bar Association (CBA) have said this is too low and called for a minimum 25% wage increase.
Jo Sidhu QC, chair of the CBA, said they had already lost a quarter of specialist criminal barristers over the last five years, with 300 leaving last year.
The strikes are due to span across four weeks and started on Monday.

Reminds me of the Scottish Schools cup finals this year, a private school v a boarding school. No irony at all that those most happy with Steve Bray being arrested are from the 'free speech' brigade

She is excruciatingly thick as mince. Just cannot think on her feet.
I just wish there were more MP's like Chris Bryant in the House holding these worse than useeless Secretary's of State to account.
She has aspirations to become PM...............God forbid!!!!

So? There's a Tory MP saying that women's bodies don't belong to them. It's exactly the right thread to discuss that in, and just because they're a huge bunch of cunts in numerous ways, doesn't mean we shouldn't bring up others. Especially when they're talking about it as bold as brass in the houses of parliament.

Why be selective? these cunts need to be hit will all the sticks, all the time until they're consigned to oblivion. Picking this hill to die on is not a good start, but that dumb fuck doesnt realise women still have the vote (for now)
