Neigh, I don't think anyone was suggesting that the mask model was an actual member of COBRA...meanwhile:

You're hanging out in the wrong Baptist Church bathrooms.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 1:55 pmThere's some serious supply and demand contention going on there. Can't imagine there's a huge number of Apache transvestites and fewer still who peddle in watersports.

So... there’s a story here.Taranaki Snapper wrote: ↑Thu Aug 27, 2020 11:43 am One of our Champion Women...
Twins, Smiley...Twins!
Snaps took me out to the Barossa to watch his club play. It was a great day out... for so many reasons. Anyway, the women’s team played first and then the men so while Snaps was busy I was just soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying not being in the desert, on the minesite doing the 12 hour shifts and all the rest of the misery. I spotted this girl in the crowd and sort of thought she looked like a girl I worked with... strikingly so, to be honest. Tidy too so I didn’t want to stare and be that creepy old guy from the minesite etc but I heard her talking at one stage and thought she even sounds like Esther... bizarre, must be something in the water in South Australia. I head back to work the next week and within a day or two I’m having dinner with Steve, Esther’s dad. I’ve got to know him quite well as he and I are on the same crew and Esther’s on a different crew, so Steve and I chat and carry on with something in common and all that. He asked me what I got up to on break and I mentioned heading out to Lyndoch to watch a game of rugby, a mate is involved with **** club.
Oh, he says... you would have seen Millie out there.
Who’s Millie? I ask...
Our other daughter, Esther’s twin sister...
No fucking way. Seriously. I’d been checking this girl out and it turns out I work with her bloody twin sister. So yeah... that’s Millie up there.
True story.
Good thing they don't look like a 'Millie' or an 'Esther' ... sounds like too old birds who putter along, arm-in-arm to their weekly bingo session.
Anyway, some pics of house WTFs / DIY nightmares...
This isn't far off how my aunt decorated their bathroom back in the 80s/90s...

Saw this in the chive. This guy has digitized his grandfather’s photo collection from 50s/60s Europe.
More interesting than it sounds, honest

A thousand and one uses around the home and online...
That's one big, ugly cow! (No, I'm not going to make a joke that then says something about the thing being ridden.)
Growing up with media saturated by US 'cowboys', I didn't think that other 'colonies' would have them as well! The gauchos were a bit of a shock to me when I first learned about them ... but made total sense when I thought about these places having large tracts of open land with massive herds of livestock (esp. after learning how much Arg / Uru love their meat! )
Yup - he had a good eye that fella. If I knew how to post up the actual images from the IG posts I would - particularly a couple of those motor racing ones.Shanky’s mate wrote: ↑Sun Aug 30, 2020 11:00 pmGlad I made the effort to check that out, there are some nice shots in there. what's he using to represent Johnny Turkey?
Meanwhile, in Die Schwarzwald...
Meanwhile, in Die Schwarzwald...
During the yearly Fastnacht parade thousands of revellers, dressed in red felt costumes and wearing hand-carved wooden masks, skip through their village.
Along the way they swing pig’s bladders continuously.
The bladders are filled with air and fixed to dried bull’s genitals.
These burst when roadside spectators are hit too heavily with them.
Local butcheries then provide replacements at 50 cents per item
