Ha. Need to limp through to actually make it as part of whatever 10 club utopia comes next. Switching allegiance only for it to happen again twice within the same season would be careless.

More the merrier though.
when i stopped playing i was living in n16. wasps being in wycombe/coventry just made it too much of an effort. i tried going to sarries a few times, but fuck that shit - the tipping point was when i took my nephews to a game at the olympic stadium and a load of their fans were hammered, poured beer all over us and quite a few other spectators, called my 10yr old nephew a cunt, started fighting and were finally carted away at half time.

quins i'll go to but can rarely support them as that would mean agreeing with jmk which is no fun.

the li trips were decent last year and almost emotionally tolerable
It is strange that given the plethora of reasons to hold a grudge against Sarries you've gone for the reasonable mistake of their fans confusing your 10 year old nephew for you...
oh, they called me a cunt as well, with a lot more justification

A few more weeks apparently, but Quins have stopped giving injury updates so it's hard to say for sure.

Getting ugly flashbacks JM

Sale completely shut us down last week. Conditions weren't great for expansive rugby, but even so, I can barely remember us making a line break. Hope you guys make more of an impression.

We'll make plenty of impressions - you'll be able to name the entire Quins XV just from the shape of the dents in the mud.

They're always the best ones tbf.

On the bright side, if LI do ever fold, I can follow Sale instead. Far closer to me and I've always fancied following a team with an actual pack.

Lovely, thanks. I called their ticket office earlier and they were very helpful, say that it shouldn't be a problem. New train line to a new stadium, excellent tragic bloke's day out...

I don't often manage to catch all the pre-kick off coverage, do they always amble round the pitch like this?

Nasty for Johnny May but he got his pants pulled down by Loader there. Just far too easy.

So, will it be Daly to replace him in the England squad or will Eddiot pick the Bath academy wing that nobodies heard and hasn't played in the Premiership yet?

Daly is on fire atmo.

So it'll probably be someone who's played 18 mins of prem rugby

Drafted into the centre at the last minute when Tompkins pulled up in the warm-up. Not very representative of the excellent season he's having.

Got to say the new stadium in Brentford was excellent, easy access, good seats and no mad queues. £30 about right for Prem rugby I’d say as well. May have been a result of it being a Friday night but there was an enormous crossover in the crowd with the Oval t20 brigade…

We have several years of evidence that Daly can tackle like a spacker in several positions. He's very flexible.

Put the mockers on the kid there in the end.

Bit of a crap loss. Those ones you should have won always feel worse than the bigger margins. Hell of a scuff from Hastings though.

White and PJ were pretty crap again for LI and Gloucester's tactical kicking ended up being the difference. I'd switch out the half backs completely and see what happens next week. Kidney wont.

Watched the recording this morning. Your wings are such a threat. Surprised they kept Arundell on as long as they did, he tried a kick chase after treatment and pulled up but carried on for several minutes. Not great player management.

Yeah, he needed to be pulled sooner. Wasn't at all happy. Hopefully no further damage done.

I saw us do that a few years ago with Matt Williams in a Challenge Cup game, who was playing some really good stuff at the time. Went down in pain with a knee issue, treated for a while and carried on clearly very gingerly. Tried to carry the ball in the next play and hit the deck when he tried to step. ACL, out for the best part of a year and has never really had an injury free stint since. Not sure if the damage was already done before then, but it wasn't a good look at the time

Not the finest start for Farrell. Gets a penalty overturned for afters, then gets binned for a trip 5m while loitering in the opposition backline.

Good job by Sarries to spoil for 10 minutes, no harm done with Farrell's card.

Exeter looking as toothless as expected; they still have a decent amount of power and can keep the ball, but they are some way off Peak Simmonds(x2)/Nowell/O'Flaherty/Cordero in terms of breaking teams open

Yep, there we go, good score by Sarries. Given the same amount of ball, Sarries would be a mile in front. When Exeter can't just bully their way over the line they look pretty hamfisted.

Main battleground in Saints - Bath is the lineout drive. Saints have been unable to stop Bath's maul, whereas Bath have dismantled theirs. The difference being two tries to zip in Bath's favour.

10-10. Weird game. Saracens don't look anywhere near top form, the only thing they seem really energised about is giving away yellows and screaming at the opposition when they win a penalty. But you don't doubt they'll improve at some point and I don't think Exeter will hold them.

Exeter just look a bit dull. Slade looks to run into someone every time he gets the ball. Skinner/Maunder is not a top quality pairing, and the only guy who's consistently dangerous is Hogg. They still get turned over on a fairly regular basis so I can't see how they're going to win this unless they basically succeed in winning enough pens to get those mauls going regularly.

It's always slower to turn and run back than to just run forward.
