Yeah, it's an unworkable suggestion. Obviously the tournament is uniquely set up in hundreds - nay, thousands - of ways to allow Leinster the best chance of victory, but these things have to be booked a long time in advance.

100% correct. They hung o to us last year when we played all the rugby and then sucker punch. Very little was made of how limited they were as people were delighted we lost but they just hang on for dear life and wear you down. They are very difficult to watch

Could be facile about it and point to the try count but fact is they sent that ball to the wider channels all first half looking for ground. Often working far harder than you'd expect given Leinster's excellent defence, just the Rhule try to show for it.

Were indeed hanging on from 55mins but then Leinster fluffed their lines and LaR finished on top. Both sides played plenty of rugby, it was a decent final.

Won't disagree on the weekend just gone though, both sides were dogshit.

They see an average of 80k to 90k coming most weeks. Sure they have 83k season ticket holders. Granted x number of those go on the resale market. The rest are tourists getting a gander. Point is 75 quid to watch a semi final of the champions Cup is a steal

My dad and I once rocked up at Anfield on the way back from a trip to the Lake District, wandered into a pub, and got 2 tickets for a Champions League match that night against Bayer Laverkusen at £30 each because they were in the German end. My dad was a fluent German speaker anyway and I'd been to more German football matches than English ones at that point. Not sure you could get away with that these days.

Liverpool won 1-0, all the Liverpool fans were crowing, both of us knew they'd get humped in the return leg. 4-2. Very satisfying.
