They can't just play that back in slow motion, it gives no idea of the momentum of the player

You're allowed to place the ball once you have stopped.

All I'm saying is that it wasn't replayed at real speed in the multiple play backs

That's a law that the refs were good on a couple of years ago and now they are allowing players to be laid on in a ruck to milk a penalty - it's happened in both games today.

I really don't like doing this, but the ref said he was the last defender when there were at least two Munster players covering across.
