As I pointed out to Blackmac at 1/2 time last week, Sco were still in the game if they played any structured rugby. So yes, that was the "right rugby" but that's not heads up rugby. It was just desisting playing dumb rugby, or no no rugby at all.

He picked up a knock a couple of weeks ago against Italy, he's due back for Scotland's next game

Fra's lack of fitness badly exposed here. That on top of Atonio making it a 14 man team in defence. Maybe picking St Etienne was not heads up by the FFR :lol:

Believed to be minor and potentially back for Greorgia in 2 weeks. Is booked for a scan on Monday though to confirm progress.

a) Fra's fitness is way off the pace and let's see how it looks against Aus in 2 weeks.
b) Serious questions in depth in some positions.

Not sure what he was meant to do there. He's running to cover the break, the pass comes inside and then Ollivon at full speed also changes direction.

Good effort Scotland.

Won the series against France, and showed a great ability to come back twice in a row.

Now let's stop allowing teams to have a lead in the first place... or is that all part of the plan?

That was a clear penalty at the lineout. Berry has been an absolute homer.
I reckon we got more out of that than the French. Forwards absolutely fronted up, replacements were excellent and Russell, Horne and Jones were superb.

Mix of emotions there. 3 point loss away to France is nothing to shirk at. Another decent comeback but fuck me if they can turn themselves into at least a 60 minute team they'd win that. Price is my 4th choice now, if white doesn't start it should be Horne, he's changed the tempo considerably every time he has come on.

Loads better. Hard to really care about England. You can tell the Scottish fans are actually invested in their team just by so many of them actually knowing about injuries. If Youngs, care, farrell were injured I wouldn't give a shit.
