I’m beginning to come round the a 6N A & B with a playoff. Imagine a year of games potentially in Lisbon, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Tbilisi and Hamburg .Reckon you would still fill a stadium for a 6Nb fixture against this lot

Both on 10 points, and the jocks with a better points difference.

I imagine it’s something obvious but whatever it is, I’m missing it.
Good question, I don't get it either.

Yellow, I think it will stay yellow, initial contact is should/ball and then pops up with arm to make head contact.

Pen goal missed by Aus.

That should not be upgraded based on the decisions made recently in the world cup.

Yeah a 6N involving trips to:
London
Paris
Edinburgh
Lisbon
Tbilisi
Rome

Seems pretty ideal as a permanent solution

Indictment on this RWC that we need to worry about and applaud the officials making a correct decision.

it's a nice idea in some ways, bur would kill pro rugby in whoever went down, imo. maybe they'd bounce back up straight way, but that's not happened at junior level.

Something that can be said about all the European tier 2 teams (and Spain who are not here) is that the scale of their ambition with ball in hand is lovely to see, genuinely enjoyable to watch

Agree. Portugal really should have scored a couple of minutes ago

Edit- don't think the ref is giving anything to Portugal here.

Yeah a couple of blown opportunities and a poor sin bin period. But this has been a pretty even game.

Honestly can’t understand how anyone sees a game like this, the crowd like this, and then demands tier 2 teams get chucked out the world cup

Scoreline flatters the Wobs, that card utterly killed the Portuguese...thought it was harsh too as the guy more or less stood there as the Aussie tried to run over him. Whatever.

Selfish from the Portuguese 7 on that non-try as well, should be a 10-point game.

Two gilt edged chances gone begging for Portugal now, this could have been very close
