Yeah people do not seem to know the law around the conversion charge down. There is a reason why kickers keep their feet planted on the ground until the start their run up, as soon as you lift a foot off the ground, the player attempting the charge down can run forward. Don't think Ramos even complained to the ref, I think he knew he messed up.
