He’s been the surprise player of the whole RWC. Just one classy performance after another.boere wors wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:13 pm Want to mention one player... Jesse Kriel. What a performance!!! No way Am could have put in that shift!

6-2 selection really backfired for France.
What was Wardi doing standing and getting caught behind gainline at the end?

Agreed. Always thought he was a weak link for the Boks... he's been anything but this tournament. Also kudos to the coaching team who recognized they needed a different kind of player and got Kwagga on.Chilli wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:21 pmYipboere wors wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:13 pm Want to mention one player... I'm a big Moodie fan, but must admit the Boks midfield played brilliantly today.Chilli wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:21 pmYipboere wors wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:13 pm Want to mention one player... Jesse Kriel. What a performance!!! No way Am could have put in that shift!
That was what made me think that the TMO had given up on O’Keefe and just couldn’t justify correcting him every time

If that’s the incident that results in that stupid law being stricken from the books, the I’ll be so happy.
What is the point of the chargedown law anyway? And when has it not been contentious when it gets done?
Fucking bin it. It’s stupid. Referees have enough to worry about than trying to police this as well.
I remember Bakkies getting a yellow when Greagan did a similar thing. So I was wondering.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:57 pmFaff arrogance, stupid fuck make me nearly break my TV.

Reinach should get 70 mins minimum next week. He always scores hattricks against minnows.

Well he should just pass the ball. If we got a try it would have been game over. Our scrumhalves don't do quick service. They are spoiled with a dominate pack.Bloutoria wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:59 pmI remember Bakkies getting a yellow when Greagan did a similar thing. Never. I'm still dining out on blocking down a ROG conversion about 30 years after it happened.Blake wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:59 pmIf that’s the incident that results in that stupid law being stricken from the books, the I’ll be so happy.

faf took too long for that pass, if he would have thrown it right away into the french player, it would have been a penaltly most likely, but that way it was too obvious what he was trying to do for the ref. O keefe explained it to him afterwards.
The video I've seen of it, Kobe's legal. Ramos lifts his foot slightly early, which is his mistake, as soon as his foot leaves the ground Kobe's allowed to go. I'd like to see the video that has convinced our other pundits.Blake wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:59 pmIf that’s the incident that results in that stupid law being stricken from the books, the I’ll be so happy.

Yep. This. He gives the French player too long to allow him to look like he's trying to avoid being in the way.boere wors wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 10:09 pm faf took too long for that pass, if he would have thrown it right away into the french player, it would have been a penaltly most likely, but that way it was too obvious what he was trying to do for the ref. Yeah people do not seem to know the law around the conversion charge down. There is a reason why kickers keep their feet planted on the ground until the start their run up, as soon as you lift a foot off the ground, the player attempting the charge down can run forward. Don't think Ramos even complained to the ref, I think he knew he messed up.boere wors wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 10:19 pmI think so too, here is the video. nothing to complain about reallyFlockwitt wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 10:13 pmThe video I've seen of it, Kobe's legal. Ja, it looks good for me, but still hate that law. It should be removed. It’s silly.boere wors wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 10:19 pmI think so too, here is the video. nothing to complain about reallyFlockwitt wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 10:13 pmThe video I've seen of it, Kobe's legal. Can someone explain that mark by Willemse where he immediately called a scrum for? Were they so certain they can get a scrum penalty? Weird decision.
