I'd love to nitpick the ruck being over with those lads on the ground. See the panic on the SH's face.
Really, just ban rolling it back with a foot. In normal rucks they don't need a boot to 'dig' it out anymore. Advantage-happy refs are pinging defenders if they even fall on the 'wrong' side or lay there a second 'too long'.
