Good decision !
if in doubt, give the attacker the benefit of the doubt & don't let the technology be a killjoy

It can't be good when bringing on Bin Youngs would actually speed things uppetej wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:21 pmHe is a wigglesworth like scrum half, so yes.fishfoodie wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:17 pm Is Spencer this glacial for his club, or is he doing it under orders ?

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Right down to Garba who at least had the excuse that it was Lomu he was facing.

A small bright spot is that Sleightholme has looked hungry and effective whenever he's been involved. Definitely ready for international rugby (as soon as he gets rid of that horrible buzzcut mullet, thought we'd seen the last of that when Slade forsook his).
Good option from Smith that kick.

If Slade is being selected as the experienced defensive leader he can fuck off.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:38 pm A small bright spot is that Sleightholme has looked hungry and effective whenever he's been involved. I have been baffled as to what we get from him at this level for years now.petej wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:39 pmIf Slade is being selected as the experienced defensive leader he can fuck off.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:38 pm A small bright spot is that Sleightholme has looked hungry and effective whenever he's been involved. From no look passes to have a good look passes. Genge really doesn't have it all.

Not sure how that isn't a yellow for deliberately shoulder-barging Sleightholme in the face.

That was right up there with Henderson's effort last night. Been on 2 secs and heaps the pressure on his own team by going full on retard.

Ahh it wasn't worth a card, but it should have been a penalty & a good talking tosockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:45 pm Not sure how that isn't a yellow for deliberately shoulder-barging Sleightholme in the face.
It is a card because head contact at pace and 100% deliberate.fishfoodie wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:46 pmAhh it wasn't worth a card, but it should have been a penalty & a good talking tosockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:45 pm Not sure how that isn't a yellow for deliberately shoulder-barging Sleightholme in the face.
Agree...15 minutes to go..keep possession when you have momentum..doesn't need the 50/50ssockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:46 pm Lawrence should not have tried to offload that. Dumb.

Not sure what is going on in the Portugal v USA game but seems like the Yanks have somehow scored 2 converted tries in the same minute
