Always used to see refs call those back if a player tapped and went away from the mark and behind the ref's back. Good thinking by Robson regardless.

Ooooh - hit the post - shame.

And, another penalty - good period for Wasps here.

I really dislike it when the refs call those quick ones. If the time is on, and the ball is tapped from behind the mark, it's good.

Considering Hughes was in front of the penalty for Bris first try, I'd have felt very aggrieved if he'd called that back.

I would want to see both called back. A quick tap is enough of an advantage without being allowed to do it so far from the mark.

Malins drops it, Kibirige picks it up, final assured.

What a signing Kibirige's been. That one handed pick-up was lovely.

I could accept that.

However, even as a Wasps fan, I'm beginning to feel comfortable now.

I agree actually. He obviously had to let the 2nd one go after the first but I didn’t like either of them

I'm hoping that ice on Young and Robson was precautionary.

That really was a lovely bit of skill by Bassett.

Bristol haven't really had the heart for this one, a few players aside. Too many loanees?

Shame we didn't get to see Charles Piutau. Radradra can't do it all himsellf.

They've clearly gots loads of talent there - but they make far too many errors.

I don't know who Bedlow is and I'm pretty sure the commentator doesn't either.

Lovely try - Bristol look a totally different team under no presure. Wasps doing the right thing and easing off.

Brilliant offload - was that Bedlow then?

A little bit disappointing to let them pad the score late on, but that was class from Malins.

Happy that we're not going too serious, stay fit and healthy now, don't get knocks.

Malins was shut down whilst we needed him to be, happy with that.

Dallaglio now demanding every Wasps backrower with time on the pitch this season gets into the England squad

or something along those lines anyway

Well done Wasps. Very enjoyable game. Must say I was worried for them when Fekitoa went off and Radradra went round the replacement like he wasn't there, but it was a false dawn. Robson was brilliant, Willis his usual self. Rowlands was huge.

Good win - felt we got the run of the ball but that often happens when you're the better side on the day. Scoreline was, probably a bit flattering. Hope Brizzle can cut out the errors in the Challenge Cup final - so much talent in their side.

Often is, I'm properly narked that Wales have got their mitts on him and he'll miss Wasps games.

Absolutely bottled giving Underhill a yellow there. That maul was going over the line without his intervention.

Exeter very clinical when they get close to the try line. Need a quick response from Bath.

Exeter are such an ugly side near the opposition line and often illegal. One-out, latch on, hit-up and repeat. The latchers prevent defenders getting to the ball carrier and are often even ahead of the ball carrier.

Not a great time to make that comment as Maunder and Slade make so much ground.

You have a point inside the 5m channel, but they're plenty adventurous to get themselves into those positions.

I don't see their latching as being significantly worse than many other teams when they pick and go, they just pick and go more frequently than most.

Can't argue with the efficacy. If you've got a strength, you use it.
