Good sign for Argentina if their second XV is only losing 10-0 against All Blacks at half time after playing badly
More impatience. It seems to be a hallmark of our teams for the past several years.
We've seen both Mo, BB and Clarke break the line, our forwards are making craters, if not punching big holes, so stick with it.

Reality Arg have not looked like scoring last 2 games from phase play (ignoring turnover/interceptions) and so one more score of any kind seals this for the ABs.

Out of about 6 or 7 of the kicks really on 2 have been on as genuine options though. And those 2 were both miss-kicked. Fine if you're not going anywhere otherwise but the ball in hand was making ground. Should have stuck with it more.

Liking Akira, good runs, took matera out at a ruck when he was looking at a turnover. Apart from the seatbelt tackle he's going well -although so is the rest of the pack
Yeah I think they want the defence to stretch to cover them. Not sure I like it, every cross kick is a gamble and the execution so far has been pretty shit.
Nah, he's been brilliant.ScarfaceClaw wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 9:49 amHasn’t kicked it away once. It’s a low bar for outstanding in this game.
Still another 40 to go of course...
gulp
A good turnover to start the half.Gumboot wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 9:51 amNah, he's been brilliant.ScarfaceClaw wrote: ↑Sat Nov 28, 2020 9:49 amHasn’t kicked it away once. It’s a low bar for outstanding in this game.

Poor Isa not having a great day.
I think historically allblack wingers would have scored where he had his arm in touch.
It reminded me of Riekos try for the blues against the lions off the Perofeta pass and his try for AB's against lions in first test. I think a good winger finds the corner there.

He's doing a lot or work taking Arg players off the ball in, around and beyond the ruck. Not all legal but contributing to Arg being nowhere near as effective in turnovers this game.

Arg chop tackling has remained superb.
Bar one time Snecky wanted a pillar for a box kick and Akira trundled over like a drunk uncle to a wedding dancefloor he has been outstanding.

Arg get lucky after Sanchez criminally fails to get ball off the park.
His fwds will be unhappy.
