All right snowflake, I have no trouble believing that a 5ft 2” woman could bully you 😂😂

Christ, for a strategy that requires the public to buy into it to have the slightest chance of success, complete transparency is absolutely fundamental.

The problem is that Boris has surrounded himself with thieves and crooks who cannot afford scrutiny.

Good God!

Does the UK actually have a standard of ethics for the Press? I thought it was a given that newspapers could publish any old shit with impunity as long as they didn't breach libel laws.

It must've been extremely shady to have attracted such censure.

Probably be a bit of bullying going on in the Home Office this morning
The UK home secretary, Priti Patel, is facing questions after 150,000 arrest records were accidentally wiped from police databases last week.
Fingerprint, DNA and arrest history records were deleted, which could allow offenders to go free because evidence from crime scenes will not be flagged on the Police National Computer (PNC).
The Home Office said it was working with police to assess the impact of the glitch, which reportedly occurred by accident during a weekly “weeding” session to expunge data. It said no records of criminals or dangerous persons had been deleted, and that the wiped records were those of people arrested and released when no further action was taken.

One of those 'accidents' that happens to delete a bunch of evidence against an MP or Tory donor perhaps?

Toby Young presents a very useful example of why thick people who went to Oxford shouldn't be running the country.

...and?

If anything that's worse. An arch-Brexiteer being glib about fish while UK fishing businesses face ruin due to Brexiteer lies about frictionless trade and reducing paperwork proving to be exactly what 'remoaners' claimed is a fucking terrible look.

Especially politicians who are so insulated from the small pains of Brexit that they could likely lose half their fortune and still life of luxury for the rest of their days.

Guys, fishing is just collateral damage for these guys and in their eyes not worth worrying about. They dont give a shit about fishing. It was always used as a distraction in the Brexit negotiations and was used as a stalling ploy to delay signing the deal until Xmas Eve so they could avoid any HoC scrutiny. The Fishing industry has been used and abused by the Blonde Bumblecunt and his Brexit Ultras and has now been thrown onto the bonfire and they dont give a shit about voters in the likes of Hull, Grimsby and Aberdeen. Fishing was just a tool for them to attack Johnny Foreigner, to get the headlines in the Sun and Express and whip up the anti EU jingoism and racist overtones.

The reality is they wanted Brexit in order to remove what they see as unnecessary costs and constraints on private business and that means reducing employment, environmental, consumer protections, corporate taxation and public sector. Why do you think the EU negotiators were so paranoid about the level playing field and access to the EU. We have seen the start of the drip feed with the article today in the FT about employment rights and expect this to accelerate over the next few months. This was always the objective and the fishing industry, NI and even Scotland were all seen as expendable in order to achieve their short term and selfish right wing objectives. If anyone thinks Brexit was done for sovereignty or the good of the British people then they are nuts and will be sadly disappointed over the next few years. Whereas Trump failed by not getting a 2nd term the danger is the Blonde Bumblecunt and his Brexit Ultras might actually achieve their goals!

Well, yes. Fishing has always been little more than an emotive symbol in the grand picture, but at the moment we're really focussing on how cunty JR-M's comments were and how being tongue in cheek doesn't make the positive difference OS seems to think.

I agree that the fish will be a lot happier. There will soon be a lot less of them being caught.
