Did Young’s not knock that on at the back of the ruck?

Italy only have themselves to blame. Running from their 22 with 1 minute to go in the half...

Eng don't really need the help from the ref but he's giving it plenty nonetheless.

Debatable whether he was diving for the line of jumping over a tackle.

Ref had told him to leave it and he didn't. Expected outcome.

Yeah he had plenty of warning.

Tbh I think Italy have played reasonably well, aside from Youngs England are looking alright. Imagine the second half could get a little bloody

Ref was too late to the ruck. Fatty already has his hands on the ball.

Exactly. Whether or not you agree with the call the ref gave him fair warning (twice!) and more than enough time to leave the ball alone.

Ford is doing incredibly well to get any pace into the game despite the stream of turds he's being fed by youngs. Italy seem to have no idea how to hold onto the ball for any length of time

It’s really hard to enjoy or follow this game given the amount of time I’m having to dedicate to aggressively critiquing every single one of Youngs’ passes for the benefit of my girlfriend’s soft toy golden retriever
