I like how we're developing our own mentalists over here.

And all of a sudden Eng are world beaters again e.g.
Think wait to see what Ireland and France bring before going full on Lazarus.
Since the ref rode Italy in the 1st half and I still have doubts the 1st Eng try wasn't a blatant knock on from May, and then add in Garbisi's gift when Eng were on the back foot and the scoreline is not so pretty.Eddie Jones' side bounce back from defeat with comprehensive win against Italy

Bernol is right with it's headline: "This year or never to beat Ireland".
This is the acid test. Whether they can handle the mantle of favourites and get the job done. Ugly or no.
[EDIT] Seeing the forecast, the weather might be the greatest test. Ugly it looks to have to be.

Leaving aside Mays blatant knock on in the build up, there is no way Hill grounded that instantly after he was tackled...Torquemada 1420 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 14, 2021 8:15 am And all of a sudden Eng are world beaters again e.g.

Taking that headline as saying England are world beaters says more about you than the headline tbfTorquemada 1420 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 14, 2021 8:15 am And all of a sudden Eng are world beaters again e.g.

Weather forecast is awful. Looks like an arm wrestle which I suspect the Irish will be happier about than France will. Dulin is going to be France's key player because he'll see more up and unders than a network cable technician.

I'm torn between wanting Ireland to win and wanting to watch Dupont play simply amazing rugby... but I worry I can't have both
Bugger, looks like I missed a serious melt down from that clive chap last night. Was it an immediate onslaught or did it get progressively worse as the drinks piled up?
“It was a pet, not an animal. It had a name, you don't eat things with names, this is horrific!”
Look all I’m saying is that Wales are definitely not lucky to be at the top of the table. In fact I now believe they should be even higher given their sublimity (if that’s a word).
We’re all gutted, if that helps?
We didn’t do enough to win - that was the problem. We opened up a 14-point lead but failed to put the game to bed. Instead we let Wales back in with poor defence for tries 1&2. The red card didn’t help us but it wasn’t why we lost. Wales took their opportunities and we didn’t.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Because Russell's real threat is with ball in hand. He's military medium off the foot.

All set for the traditional valentine day's massacre here.
I like that

Scotland did seem to have a habit of getting sucked in around the tackle zone leaving gaps.Yr Alban wrote: ↑Sun Feb 14, 2021 11:59 amWe’re all gutted, if that helps?

This ITV piece on Edwards, Faz snr and League is interesting. Not sure it’s been overly positive

French front row killing them at the moment
- Marchand can't hit a barn door
- Baille and Haouas giving away pens with abandon
and now LeRoux showing just how thick he can be.

He is thick as sh*t. Jamie Roberts reckons LeRoux has the best engine he has ever seen and would be another McCaw...... except he hasn't a braincell.
France looking like bad old days of mental fragility are alive and well.

F**k off Marchand.
