Well done Toulouse. Far too much for us and blew us away in the end.

"Mighty" Ospreys? can i have some of that crack you are smoking ;-) Not beating the Ospreys in Europe is seen as a considerable failure by Italian sides let alone anyone else.JM2K6 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 3:58 pmNot at all. Exeter's mustard kit is shit. Teams should only wear change strips if there's a colour clash and Chief's regular black would be fine here.
Nice try for Lyon.

Exeter strike back in less spectacular fashion than their guests.

Such a dumb penalty to give away, especially from a lock who, with the best will in the world, is highly unlikely to be one of the first chasers to reach the ball.

It's not pretty, but it is effective.

Woodburn probably could have stepped inside and done that himself, but he let's his light bulb headed mate take the glory instead.
Cracking conversion from Simmonds, Chiefs ahead by a nudge.

I thought Woodburn was quicker than that, he seemed like he was wading through treaclesockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 5:07 pm Woodburn probably could have stepped inside and done that himself, but he let's his light bulb headed mate take the glory instead.

Yeah, he's more of a work horse than an out and out pace man, but I thought he was a bit quicker than he looked there. That said, the Sandy Park pitch has been grotty recently and pitch conditions can have a fairly profound impact on stuff like that. There was a game recently where Bassett looked like he was putting full effort in, but was travelling at about half his regular speed.ASMO wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 5:08 pmI thought Woodburn was quicker than that, he seemed like he was wading through treaclesockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 5:07 pm Woodburn probably could have stepped inside and done that himself, but he let's his light bulb headed mate take the glory instead.

That's true, he's had a few.
Should be a yellow for that. Repeated hair pulls. Pathetic.

That was naughty, agree a yellow was needed there.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 5:13 pm That's true, he's had a few.

Nice, shifting the ball away from the ruck when the pick and go procession was expected.
Stroke of half time is a pretty good moment to go under the posts.

That penalty is everything that's wrong with the TMO, it was a nothing incident that was played up to the level of deserving the death penalty. If we're being literal about penalties then the Exeter player should've been given a red for contact with the head.

Galthie should be forced to watch video of Couilloud in real time versus Serin.
To be fair some of those hairstyles deserve the death penalty
