Has the world ever held its collective breath for an update as much as this? Moon landing maybe.

This is a cruel thing to say, but a few more positives among the close WH staff would be good for removing any doubt that this is the result of systemic stupidity and that all the previous bullshit was exactly just that.

3 or 4 GOP senators wouldn't be a bad thing either.
Yes, I struggle to wish anyone dead, particularly as he has a family that obviously loves him.
But, he is such a cunt and the world would be a better place....
I want him to live, lose badly and go to jail.
Bingo!
Yep. Was going to post the same. Writing's on the non-Mexican wall. Bunch of civil stuff he can't be pardoned for either. Trump going down in a well publicized heap of debt and fraud such that his legacy is forever tainted is the optimal outcome.

I don't wish him dead, but I sure as hell don't have any sympathy for the twat.
I hope he has a nasty run with it, because it might have a positive message for his supporters and the anti-mask knobheads about the gravity of the situation. Maybe some will start to do the bare fucking minimum that they've been asked for.

If BoJo's miserable performance as PM post recovery is anything to go by, it can turn you into just more of a shambolic, gibbering twatpile than before; though in DJTs case it could be even harder to tell the difference.

Apparently mildly symptomatic at the moment
For someone who is just fine he’s remarkably quiet on Twitter
Latest report is "fatigued, but in good spirits". It then list a specific antibody treatment that Mrs Saint hasn't heard of plus what sounds like a vitamin blast that he's taken. It sounds like at the moment he's deteriorating fast. I'm not going wish ill will on anyone, and I genuinely hope he comes through this
In the meantime, 2 WH journalists and a staffer have also tested positive- it's beginning to sound like COVID has a real foothold in the WH and it may need to close down

Given the shitatstic choices he's, made in his choices of MDs, in the past; getting into a place with MDs who don't believe in "Demon Sperm", might be a good idea

It’s “precautionary”, apparently and they are saying he will continue to work. That may be the case but it is sounding similar to Boris’ path earlier in the year.

It is in it's hole, “precautionary”. This is the guy with a skin so thin, that you have to measure it in atoms.
There isn't a snowballs chance in hell that he is publicly getting admitted to hospital, just as a precaution.

He was unbearable before he was infected so it would be safe to bet that he'l be unbearable when he recovers.

Twitter saying that Kellyanne Conway has covid-19.
Do we have to express sympathy?
She has consistently ignored and criticised medical and scientific safety advice regarding COVID-19 for base personal and political gain. And the administration that she loyally served has overseen the death of 207,000 Americans. She deserves zero sympathy.

I expect more members of the Presidents inner circle to test positive. This is what happens when you ignore scientific and medical advice.

Yep, it's hard to muster much sympathy when they've been willfully deceiving the public for months, and showing such little regard for the safety of those around them. All in service of political optics. Obscene, really.

And that’s exactly what needs to happen for the message to get through to his supporters. Undeniably expose all the lies and bullshit he’s fed them and remove any doubt this this is just unfortunate.
The second blog post on the same page also carried a message that resonated.
The age issue — however unfair — remains. Biden looked older than I’ve ever seen him, and with less of a grizzled-elder-vibe than a nursing-home-visit one. In the primary debates, he managed at times to look vigorous, even sharp, to the relief of many of us. Last Tuesday, he looked … well, the word that comes to mind is simply frail.
