With spouses I believe?
Two different shootings? Or same incident?
Yes that's right, with Melissa Hartman's spouse also dying. John Hoffman and his wife also shot, but home through surgery and Tim Waltz has reportedly said he is hopeful they will survive.
Separate incidents in two neighbouring cities in Minn. Targeted in their own homes.
Apparently, this gives the Minnesota House to the Republicans, as prior to Hartman's death they were tied. If Hoffman dies from injuries, they would also gain the State Senate.
Edit: updated with new info.

Tim should mobilize the National Guard, & declare a state of emergency, & not demobilize them until the perpetrators are apprehended, or dead, along with those who commissioned this "Terrorism"; because that's what this was !!!!

Nothing from Tim yet but the Missouri governor has activated their guard and declared a state of emergency, seemingly as a "just in case".

The attacker had fliers to the "No Kings" protests, & if I was planning on going to these, I'd be buggered if I'd let some murdering fascist cunt stop me from attending !
If the Guard are activated they're there to protect citizens right to protest peacefully.
State Patrol: Don't go to planned "No Kings" protests
The Minnesota State Patrol Col. Christina Bogojevic is urging the public to stay away from any of Saturday's planned "No Kings" protests because fliers for events were found in the suspect's vehicle.
"We don't have any direct links, however there were some fliers that said 'No Kings' within the suspect vehicle, and as we know the planned, the events planned throughout the state of Minnesota is a No Kings event," Bogojevic said.

Trump's health questioned yet again as he issues confusing defense of Russia
Donald Trump has been accused of suffering a 'cognitive collapse' after appearing to suggest that Vladimir Putin fought for Russia in World War II, despite being born seven years after it ended
Donald Trump's cognitive ability has once again been called into question as the president has been accused of making "delusional" remarks about Russia and Vladimir Putin's involvement in World War II.
Speaking at a White House press conference on Thursday, Trump recounted a conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron about World War II commemorations before going into a rambling speech about how he was confused why "everybody hates" Putin. Trump appeared to suggest that the Russian leader personally fought in World War II, which ended seven years before Putin was born.

Trump is fucking hating this. He's bored out of his mind to the extent they've stopped showing shots of him. Because it's all wwi and WWII. And they just marched the 42nd infantry rainbow division past him.

It's absolutely shocking. Scruffy fatigues and not even attempting to March in step. They look like sacks of shit.

Forget the parade, the real story is the number of people turning out to protest right across the nation. The turnout in St Paul, Minnesota after the shootings there is nothing short of amazing.

Someone opened fire on a No Kings protest in Salt Lake City, 4 injured.
Reddit has some footage circulating of a suspect being arrested trying to hide in the crowd.
A bystander notices something weird about the guy's backpack, grabs it and walks off with it while pointing the guy out to the police. As you can hear from the clip, the bag had a rifle inside it.

Millions and millions of people showed up for No Kings protests accross the country. Totals are still rolling in. A stark contrast to the wannabe dictator's sorry excuse of a birthday parade.

I imagine Trump did have a short call, say some pretty general things about peace being good, war bad, deals the way to do it. Leaders thank him patronisingly for his time, eye roll huge, and the back to serious discussions (at least with their people, if not the opposition).
Newsom pulled the curtain back a bit the other day, saying their 15 min call started on 'riots' and then quickly spun to a bunch of other random topics, implying they had nothing to do with actual current issues (guessing fires, water, windmills, 'once great city gone to hell'

)
