True, this one does though
It's worth reading this! It is excerpts from the dissenting judges to the Supreme Court ruling in Trumps favor in the Trump v Casa case etc.It shows clearly that, in the dissenting judges views, that the Supreme Court has given up protecting the US constitution and as one dissenting judge says 'the Court’s decision to permit the Executive to violate the Constitution with respect to anyone who has not yet sued is an existential threat to the rule of law'.
I am afraid the Courts and judges are fighting a losing battle in trying to fend off Trump and his impending Dictatorship. As Green says 'instead of checking and balancing Trump, Congress and the courts are nodding and clapping instead.'

The money in the Big Beautiful Bill (the GOP are in thrall to his pomposity) for ICE and detention centres is astounding - and there no way they're not going to be used as basically a terror weapon against "dissidents ".
