Australia have been shit at rugby for a very long time now. Somehow the Saffers managed to break the 10 year streak of rugby shitness. Bringing back our overseas players helped us a lot. It's weird because I almost feel they have the players to be competitive. Do havOze any more overseas players they could bring back? Will Skelton looks pretty handy in France. They could do with some experience. JOC a big loss. Are Kurtley and the laptop thief still playing?

He can’t spot a lineout gap like a Frenchman.

Why do a scrumhalf not clean quick if he know his scrum is under the pump. McDermott is so much better then White

I'm scared for the Boks. Almost hoping Aus is too locked down for us to travel. That's because I'm a coward.

That'll do nicely.

Very happy with the ABs scrambling defence when the Wallabies were throwing everything at us in the second half. To concede just the one try under all that heat was outstanding. Aus didn't exactly help themselves by kicking away perfectly good attacking ball, mind.

Decision not to get up early for this justified. Figured the Aussies would get battered, lo and behold...

A bit silly there at the end. Misleading scoreline. Are the ABs really growing? Developing new players?* I'm not so sure.

* Taukei'aho looks promising and Jordan, too.

Thought the All Blacks had a terrific second half. Australia finished the first 40 strongly, and came out fizzing after HT. It was encouraging that we still kept our noses in front, and then went on to stretch the lead.

Plenty of worthy contenders, but my MoM is Akira Ioane. His best test performance to date, imho.

Herschel has a niggle in his hip apparently. So they decided to rest him for the weekend.

Formidable showing by the Mighty All Blacks.

Aussies got annihilated, but somehow still look very threatening.

The Boks will have their work cut out for them, that's for sure.

It was a pleasing performance. Not perfect, but at least there's clear progress.

The All Blacks put 57 points on the Boks in two games in 2016 and 2017. A year later we beat them and then played to a 16 all draw in 2019. Things can change pretty fast when you put the right structures in. Australia have some talent but I think they are 2-3 years away from getting it right.

I don't think they're that far off. All their young talent, plus a world class coach and captain...can't be long before it clicks and they put on a scary good performance.

Already drunk before kickoff. If we lose so what! If we win can act like obnoxious asshats. Never mix wine, whisky and beer I tell ya! May the best team win!

So stoked for Dweba to be in the mix.

Tough gig sitting behind Bongi and Marx in the pecking order, but he has his foot in the door and I hope he takes his opportunity to give the coaches some selection headaches.

All my favourite punching bags playing well so far

Wiese with 3 strong carries and Frans Steyn with a strong carry (leading to a penalty) and also a turnover.

Willemse hasn't had a great start.

Bok kick-chase very poor so far. Argies winning the kicking battle.

Bok midfield defense also not as brutal as I'd like.

Arg already played more rugby in 12 mins than the Lions did the entire series until Russell's accidental entry.

{EDIT} And pay the price for it!

The back 3 are green, the 10-12-13 ancient. Worst backline since AC was coaching.

Reinach scores against the run of play. Argies trying to be cute in the backline, drop the ball, and Reinach was away. No substitute for raw pace.
