Pearce is much stricter than this in the Prem, he's letting Munster get away with a lot at the breakdown. Glad Toulouse have found a way to close the gap, hope they come good.

Tbh he has been terrible, Munster have got away with everything.

FM. 72nd minute and first time Pearce pings Munster for illegal breakdown work. And even then, he gave them 3 or 4 chances.

You see those being deemed as still in and players being told 'No!' by the ref. It's not clear cut, simply whatever the man in the middle allows. It being out is consistent with how loose Pearce has been today.
