For one thing it would be great if our coaching staff give up this fantasy of having 15 players that are utility players and not specialist. Rather give me good specialist players thanks

I really hate it. Should be like cricket with one "Captain's Challenge" per half and the challenge has to be for something specific.
If he gets it wrong, he loses it for the half. If there was something, it can be used again.

It will also get rid of all the shouting at the ref because he can then just ask if they want to use their challenge and to shut up if not.

So, two late tries to the Boks.
Decades ago, David Campese would observe how teams would spend 95 percent of a game kicking away possession, only to decide in the final minutes that if they wanted to win the game then it might be a good tactic to keep that possession and use it.

Ah, the stadium ban, that is until 30 September.

Not that it would've made a difference.
He doesn't travel with the Boks overseas. The man is very ill and stays close to his medical team at home.

It was a lot like the 2nd All Black test. The Boks are giving up too much points and momentum at the start of matches, it's very hard to come back after that. Then the bench is emptied and the Boks come back in junk time once the test is already decided. The Bok coaches are drunk on the "bomb squad" tactic, but that only worked when the starters and bench players were as good as each other, they're now starting weaker players than are on the bench and getting blown out in the first quarter of the match.

Well get up earlier you lazy b’std.
My daughter is normally my alarm clock. Plus it’s a bank holiday weekend.

So it’s coffee, wordle, then figure out what this crazy result means, and finally watch Schmidts AB’s play.

This.

We need to go back to a conventional bench. We can still stick to the 6-2 split, but we can't start with green players and players coming off injury. You give those guys 30 mins at the end of the match once it's in the bag.

Dweba, Vermeulen (as good as he was today) and PSdT should all be playing from the bench.

Congratulations on the win Australia. Outsmarted us, again.

The final scoreline flattered us. That was one of the worst Bok performances I've seen in a long time. There was so much that went wrong it's hard to know where to start.

There are just too many passengers in that team, being picked on reputation alone. Our back row are woefully out of form, Mapimpi had his worst game in ages, Gelant completely anonymous, simply awful from Faf + Pollard. Steyn offered nothing when he came on and looks so so so unfit.

We need to realise that our best linebreak of the game was setup by our bench props, to put Smith in for his first try

Why stick with a kicking gameplan if we can't execute it? And with 10 minutes left we start to run the ball and we looked good!!!!

But I fully expect more of the same next week. Probably the same XV.
