I mean, we all knew it was coming but to see it actually written by the President.... a monstrous cunt. Fucking hell.

He's been to school on Covid, done it the hard way. It's not textbook Covid like the experts, he KNOWS Covid.

Of course, 48 hours ago he was asking if he was going to die, and I reckon he might have got 50/50 odds from the docs.

PS - Discharging a patient that you've prescribed an experimental drug to is tantamount to malpractice, even if nothing goes wrong, and even if the WH facilitiesare better than your average hospital. There's something very fishy about this

Bleach is not experimental, it’s been prescribed for many years by medical professionals.

This is the problem with the WH Doctors all being in the military; & thus being obliged to obey orders that directly contradict the oaths they've taken to protect their patients.

I imagine over the next few days we'll get some more leaks from some of the staff in Walter Reed, about what actually happened

I’m sure at least one of Trump’s doctors is happy to dispense bad medicine under orders.

Donald Fat Fuck Trump wrote:Don't be afraid of Covid
Meanwhile, real doctors, people with a conscience wrote: “We have to be realistic in this: Covid-19 is a complete threat to the American population,” said Dr David Nace of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, an expert on infections in older adults.

“Most of the people aren’t so lucky as the president,” with an in-house medical unit and access to experimental treatments, Nace added.

“It’s an unconscionable message,” agreed Dr Sadiya Khan of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. “I would go so far as to say that it may precipitate or worsen spread.”

Both Nace and Khan expressed fear Trump won’t properly stay isolated at the White House -- and that he hasn’t learned his lesson about wearing a mask.

“We know he hates the mask, we know he hates to be restricted, we know he’s unpredictable,” Nace said. “The rest of the American people are held accountable to a 10-day isolation period.”

Look at the video of him at the WH taking off his mask. It looks like he is struggling to breathe. He looks like a sick puppy. The collapse is coming.

And breathing all over his staff when he arrives maskless, and stages his entrance. Fucking grade one moron.

I would love it if the people who actually work there just walked off the job, leaving him and his sycophants to it.

What is actually so worrying about Biden? You know, apart from mythical association with this that and the other thing that Trump's sheeple would like to paint him with?
I think he is unlikely to prove a reliable ally to the UK and has shown little appetite for any future trade deal as far as I can see. More generally, he looks pretty frail and I wonder about the extent to which he will be able to muster the vigour and energy he would need to be a healing and effective president. It seems undesirable to me that the US has a choice between two men of questionable mental ability who will be near or past 80 midterm. I think democracy is struggling when people have the choice of DT/JB or indeed Bojo/Corbyn.

If our government can refrain from breaking the law over the GFA, then I've not seen anything to suggest he'd be against a trade deal. Similarly, I don't think we've shown ourselves to be a reliable ally (at the governmental level), so can't blame them for being cautious. The amount of Russian money swilling around our economy and donated to the Tories, plus Johnson's reluctance to release the Russia report suggest to me that the Yanks have every reason to be sceptical of whether they can rely on us and thus hold back a bit.

To be an effective president he needs the legislative houses on his side, that has nothing to do with his health or lack thereof. Partisan obstruction is the primary influencer on efficacy.

There will be no healing, certainly not within one or two terms. From the outside looking in the GOP has fully transformed into a rabid parody of itself that's impossible to engage with in good faith, Trump is a symptom of deep rooted ill. At the very least, his being a straight old white man might stem further radicalisation on the right. They won't have the same triggered response to him as to Obama.

Questions over Biden's mental acuity seem to be overdone and even if he's not as capable as he once was, he's not the hopeless narcissist he'd be replacing - he can and will appoint qualified people to the important posts and actually let them do their jobs.

Prepare for a Twitter Storm from the patient
U.S. President Donald Trump’s son Eric was questioned under oath by the New York attorney general’s office, which is probing whether the family’s real-estate company falsely reported property values to get loans or tax benefits, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Eric Trump, an executive vice president at the Trump Organization, was deposed by state investigators on Monday via video-conference, said the person, who declined to be identified discussing the matter. Trump had initially refused to provide testimony, then unsuccessfully tried to postpone the questioning until after the November election.

The probe by New York Attorney General Letitia James is focusing on an obscure property called Seven Springs on 212 acres outside New York City, as well as transactions involving the Trump-owned 40 Wall Street building in lower Manhattan, a Los Angeles golf club and the Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago. The company has denied wrongdoing.

Michael Cohen, the president’s former personal lawyer and fixer who has become a vocal critic, has said his ex-boss inflated the value of his assets “when it suited him” and deflated the same figures to reduce his tax liability.

Whatever about the DNC pussyfooting around with their Ads around the Shitgibbon, & COVID; the Lincoln Project are ramming it right down the throats of GOP voters, & the undecided.

Well done The Lincoln Project !

He can't be allowed to skate, just because he, thru his own stupidity & arrogance caught it; and he sure as hell shouldn't be allowed to pretend that because he can get world class treatment, than the rest of the population can; especially when he's spent the last 4 years demolishing a health care system that tried to do some leveling up of Health Care availability in America; without any attempt to provide an alternative !
