Do Lions practice passing, by throwing custard pies ?
They keep on butchering chances, by godawful passes

Moerat and our scrum and our defense was great to nite. Thought the Dragons had a great pack but the Stormers boss them.

I was flicking between the games tonight; but from what I saw; the Lions should have been much closer to Ulster; & the scoreline flatters the Stormers a tad.
The good news for us fans is that the net impression after the rounds so far, is that the SA teams have now found their feet; & their form will plonk them right smack in the middle of the rest of the teams; & this season will be ultra competitive; with the SA teams forcing the other teams to raise their games; or risk no playoff, & no European rugby next year
... and with more games being competitive; & the signs so far in terms of viewers/round; the signs are good for the: ugggh "Product"; so the teams can look forward to a decent income from the Leagues TV contracts !
Now there'll be proper; "Home Games"; for the SA teams; I'm looking forward to some running rugby in our winter
Happy Days !!

Gelant was outstanding. Again. He is nailed on at 15 for the Stormers. He really turns your game around.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 9:10 pmLibbok look like a different player since joining the Stormers.

Why do players like Roos and Libbok excell this quick at the Stormers?

Kebble a bottle blond nowadays.
No excuse - they should have competent replacements - but I think the Dragons suffered when Dee went off early.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 8:53 pm Moerat and our scrum and our defense was great to nite. Thought the Dragons had a great pack but the Stormers boss them.

The Stormers defense was last night Springbokish. They still get going even when Moerat was yellowed , which was a joke. Was a good old legal hard hit.GogLais wrote: ↑Sat Oct 16, 2021 1:20 pmNo excuse - they should have competent replacements - but I think the Dragons suffered when Dee went off early.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 8:53 pm Moerat and our scrum and our defense was great to nite.
