I'm telling you, Sky Sports and the English press will all start whining about the tournament being deprived of Haaland rather than anything else.
I was both amused and bemused hearing about Spanish complaints of shithousery.
I am no lover of the DM, or the press but the SDM seem to have the result on the backpage according to a post I saw on twitter.
I thought the female interviewer did quite well challenging their captain when he said thatinactionman wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 9:43 amI was both amused and bemused hearing about Spanish complaints of shithousery.

Funny how his understanding of English failed at that point as well, huh.Slick wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 12:00 pmI thought the female interviewer did quite well challenging their captain when he said thatinactionman wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 9:43 amI was both amused and bemused hearing about Spanish complaints of shithousery.

I assume that playing for the A sides ties them to those sides. Given they're only playing 3, rather than the full 6, games it gives them more chance at game time.KingBlairhorn wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 12:07 pm Just seen the Bulls squad for the upcoming S6 sprint series and am now very confused as to who is going to play for the Glasgow and Edinburgh A sides. The squad includes Richie Simpson (surely Glasgow starting 10), Christian Townsend (reserve 10), Ben Ashfar (starting 9), Jamie Drummond (starting hooker) etc. surely the point is these are the guys that will play rather than ageing/past it/never had it pros?
Also, the point for me is to prove they're better than the squad guys at Edinburgh and Glasgow. So play against the guy keeping you out of the 23, or out of the team when the internationals are away, and show you're better than them.Jock42 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 12:48 pmI assume that playing for the A sides ties them to those sides. All Black Sevens Head Coach Clark Laidlaw is set to make his return to the fifteen aside format after being confirmed as the New Zealand Under 20 Head Coach to lead them through to the 2023 World Rugby Under 20 Championship in South Africa later this year.
So full strength. I assume Pyrgos starts as Edinburgh are going to play as they did versus Saracens and take them on up the guts, but then I'd rather have Crosbie starting thatn Watson if that is the case.westport wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 12:05 pm Edinburgh Rugby team to face Leicester Tigers at Mattioli Woods Welford Road in the Heineken Champions Cup Round of 16

Full strength and a good team on paper but they will have to front up and defend 100% better than they have been recently.weegie01 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 12:17 pmSo full strength. Looking forward to being at that one, seeing as it's a fairly local match for me! Oh, don’t. Every time someone says it looks like a strong Embra side, they get cuffed. Happened last time out v Connacht. Their form has fallen off a cliff and I can’t see anything other than a heavy defeat happening.SaintK wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 4:38 pmThat's a very strong looking Edinburgh sideweegie01 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 12:17 pmSo full strength. Yeah, but the last time we had the full team out was the Heineken Cup games in January. When we beat Saracens at home and Castres away
I was quite confident about this fixture after those games but now...
If you don't win the match, you'll win the scrap!!!
https://12ft.io/proxy?q=https%3A%2F%2F ... -cup%2FSteve Diamond is back in the game and relishing every minute of it, motivated to add some bite into an Edinburgh side bursting with talent ahead of making the trip to Leicester Tigers on Friday evening.
Diamond's message since being appointed lead rugby consultant to work alongside Mike Blair being crystal clear. "I think the boys need to be harder on each other. There’s sometimes a lethargy. I think we’re a little bit too nice," Diamond explains.
