I'm delighted that Harris has a department aligning innovation with higher education. That's an excellent move.

You talking about the €6,5b stimulus package ear marked for business? Yeah that's been a disaster with only €100m drawn down to date. If there is one thing we can kick Leo/FG about it is their complete disregard for SME's in this country. There is a place in the economy for both multi-nationals
and SME's, it is not one or the other.

the image begs 2 questions. How fucking tall is Pearse Doherty or is he just standing on the box of celebratory petrol bombs? And are people socially distancing from Mary Lou or just afraid she'll try and eat them?

Quickest payback both in terms of Green policy, and jobs, is probably retrofitting houses to bring them up to as near passive as they can.

Gerry's little go at Varadkar and Martin won't go un-noticed, and it will be interesting to see if ML gives a straight answer when asked if she agrees with him.

Bobby Storey did more for Irish freedom, peace and unity than either Leo Varadkar or Micheál Martin, former Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams said at the funeral of the leading republican in west Belfast on Tuesday.
Mr Adams said that republicans such as Mr Storey helped defeat the British army.
Thousands of people congregated in west Belfast on Tuesday for the funeral of the 64-year-old former IRA member and later senior Sinn Féin figure who died while undergoing a lung transplant in England last Sunday week]

Just watching Mary Lou on the news at that funeral. Lockdown has not been kind to her.
RTE as scathing as they can be about the event. So not really scathing at all but they did emphasise the IRA link.
