It was a clear red and should have been treated as so.

If Willemse was going downwards when the Approaching players went down there would be mitigation.

I was just curious to see if we would protect our own like England protects Farrell. Distorting the law to suite our ends. Willemse unfortunately is the example.

So Farrell should be let off
Willemse obsessed.

Not according to a few Saffers on here. It was passive. Apparently.

It's funny, one of the downsides of the focus on head contact means that people forget that other foul play can still be red cards. An exocet shoulder into a vulnerable opponent on the floor should be a red regardless of it missing the head by a few inches. Head contact should determine the length of ban.

A head contact can happen at any time to any team. Sides are so well prepared for this tournament that doing stupid shit like Barrett did shouldn't happen at all. It should mostly be accidental. And that's the tragedy. Someone can do malicious and premeditated shit like Barrett with the intention to do harm and get off.

Willemse should have had a red plain and simple.
The ref and the officials were rather one sided

The Pen Try was a disgrace and all the angles now show it was handled by the SA player.
Plain and obvious at the time ffs

Shouldn't you be concentrating on your next upcoming loss?

Shouldn't you read the title of the thread and then go and get some perspective.

Btw I would rather not think of the Fiji game.
