We scored 4 tries v France (and 3 away to Ireland) - should be able to do that, or more, at home v Italy.

Anything is possible. Feel a bit dirty saying this but I wouldn't mind Italy getting their first win over England to give us a good kick in the nuts. But, I fully expect England's pack to thoroughly outplay them, grind them down and then run in more tries near the end when the game is already won.
Sigh....
