What was the final score?
A Bosch long range penalty kick
Thanks, but I’m wanting the total. Not just the last scoring action.
19-16 vir die pelagiese gemors. Die karnivore het nie sleg vertoon nie, dit was ooglopend dat hul ontwikkelingstrajek nog baie tyd nodig het, maar daar is
baie om om oor positief te wees.

Harsh game. Better team lost.
Nothing there. Mediocre game
Thanks for pitching in, nonetheless.
I am happy that for you that you are pleased by this mediocrity.

Sharks continue their impressive Super Rugby form.
Lions gave it all.
Can't fault that. Great to get the win at home

I quite enjoyed that game, had a bit of everything. We looked unstoppable in the first 20 minutes, not sure what happened after that but the Lions clawed their way in. I think if the Lions didn't lose their 9 so early on it could have been a different game. Van Rensburg got around the park, but his general passing and kicking were very poor.
Only one try each, but they were both very impressive.
Great game from our back row which looks very, very exciting. Nohamba and Am looked good too. I really like Werner Kok, gets around the park and does a lot of work, as opposed to JPP to appeared to have one foot in retirement all game. Libbok looked good when he interchanged with Bosch at 10, but I can't say I'm a huge fan. Call me old-fashioned, but I much prefer bigger fullbacks who are bit sturdier under the high ball and more powerful on counter-attacks.
Our defence in the last 10 was admirable, especially with no crowd to cheer them on. I feel sorry for Elton as I think made all the right calls with regards to the penalties, he was just let down on execution.
Good to see Jaco Kriel back in SA, his battle with James Venter was epic.

I was impressed. Intensity. Accuracy in passing. Great distribution. Variety on attack. Great set piece and kicking.
Felt our forwards did very well. A lot of pressure but it ended pretty much even . Our loose forwards impressed. Notsche had a great first half but went to sleep second. Pepsi had a blinder.
Bosch schooled Elton on bmt this match. After Elton absolutely schooled Willemse in all aspects last week.
Also good to keep that winning streak against the Lions....

Shoutout to Bosch who got penalised for offside when he rushed up to make a tackle. Even the ref was impressed.

Obviously thats his defensive strategy...get to the attacker before he builds momentum and becomes harder to stop because of his bulk...
Kudos to him...constantly improving his game and thinking things through.

One of the worst defensive errors you can make is shooting out of the line/shape.

Kolbe played flyhalf in the RWC final? Surely you guys recognize the different roles of the flyhalf and the wing in the rush defence?

I did not have to differentiate as we were discussing Bosch's tackle (imo lack of) technique.

The defending backline rushes up in a line, this is very important, poor alignment will leave holes in the defence. They need to smother the attack, but if the defending team moves the ball too fast or uses skip passes or cross kicks, the winger must already be in their line to disrupt them or kill the move. Might even have a chance at an intercept if the attacking team are inaccurate in their execution.

Only know that both had the option to make a difference and with a huge kick Bosch nailed it and with an easy kick Jantjies failed.
Out of hand kicking to the wings from Elton the best I have seen
