He hasn't been capped so I think it would be ok.

That’s my understanding. He’s in the same situation as the likes of LRZ or Tompkins who started their international careers outside Wales.

Lol....seems a Welsh world cup squad wouldn't be a Welsh world cup squad, without picking a random 30 + year old English forward, who no one has ever seen or heard of.
