He's quite possibly the thickest player I've ever seen.

How is he still on the field.
Because our 30 year old hooker on the bench was playing semi pro rugby until 2 years ago and isn't very good either.
Since he turned full time pro, Cherry has been very, very reliable. Line out was one of the main reasons Turner didn't break through at Edinburgh.

Scotland did not want this test. Box kick with a few minutes to go?

Not even the first time. Price did something very similar against Wales.

I did enjoy Henshaw giving it large and acting the dick when he tackled IrnDu then getting run over and spat out by him on the very next play.

That’s about it really

That's not one I'll be watching again. We've got to be the worst attacking team in tier 1.

The thing that kills me is that ,you could understand it; if the Provinces play the same way; but none of them do. It's solely down to the Ireland setup, that they're so hapless in attack

We've been like this since forever. Even during Joe's good years, we struggled on the creative front.

For all the talk about Scotland, the genuine lowlight of this match must surely be when CJ Stander ended up in space with a runner in space next to him & about a 4-man overlap, only to sort of amble forward in panic and then throw a miss-pass to absolutely no-one. Most props would've done better.

Italy need a few years of player resources luck.

Just a few top class players in the same crop, same year.

A team with Parisse, Troncon, Bergamasco, Dominguez like talent would backbone a competitive side and uplift the rest, the resulting good wins and competitive near losses would capture the next generation, then the ball is rolling.

I like the Irish loop around back play, never seen it before, in all seriousness, neither Ireland or Scotland have attacking flair like Wales and France.
Dogshit of a contest.

It was a classic in the sense that you couldn't pick a winner both sides were abysmal, Scotland have just got worse as the nations have gone on and Ireland are still doing back moves from 1821.

I don't think anything can Wales from winning the championship but I hope France bounce back and give them the beating that both 14 man sides at full strength would have done as would England without having had a 14 point gift from the Rf to overcome. It will prevent a Poundland GS at least.

I think as before with Scotland, England and Ireland, the hype around France will pop.

What a terrific generation of players Wales has had.
Will it be 5 grand slams and one championship?

Will England come fourth?

Just hope we can put the nastiness and bickering aside and appreciate what a bunch of working class, comprehensive educated kids can achieve, against over priviledged arsewipes..and their parents who pay 20, 30 40 grand a year for their precious darlings to go to snob school

If I was a working class Englishman I would support Wales.
