Ulster clearout from the side of the ruck for the nth time already.

Another illegal clearout. Ulster player on the floor so is out of the game and not allowed to pull down Viallard.

Vermeulen straight back in action. Ulster looking good.

Safe to say Clermont wont be troubling the engravers of the trophy this year. They are a shadow of the team they used to be. Ulster not really having to work too hard for this.

Too good for this shower. Said last season ASM needed a total clearout. Too many players riding out their pensions.

That's putting it mildly.
0 - 16, is a fair reflection of the way they've run Clemont ragged

Would love to hear Gibbes' explanation for playing Barraque at 13 when he's basically a 10. Meanwhile Vili who is your archetypal crash bang player is at 12

Terrible option made into a try by brilliance by Penaud. But Barnes trying everything in the book to find a reason to chalk it off.

would you ever open the other eye. Barnes was clear, he wanted to check the offside & make sure there was no separation, & it was only the TMO dragging out the decision

Yes. He lost his feet because again the Ulster clear out players were illegal.
And that is a tip but what about the head shot at the ruck?

This +1 Barnes was happy to award, and yellow was the right decision.

Ulster should probably be further ahead, but they look far more cohesive than Clermont and if they maintain that they'll secure the win.

Dunno much of the Clermont players, some big units who can change the game in a flash. Ulster need to keep it tight.

Yup. Game is done. You won't have seen how sh*te Clermont have been in T14 and that was with the players missing: Parra, Lopez, Jedrasiak, Fischer, Matsushima.

No. They don't. They need to keep the game at a high tempo because Clermont's defence has been sh*te all season. Only the bottom 2 clubs have conceded more points.

Wow! Fantastic result! Well done boys!
Vok I was looking all over the place to check where EdinBokke are playing.
Second in the URC beats second in the premiership. Clear and conclusive evidence of which is the better league.
Apparently Nel gave a scrum master class (as well as scoring a try).
