Paul writes that it wasn’t the only thing working against the All Blacks heading into the tournament opener.

“At the stadium on game night, the All Blacks in-house media team were denied access to the pitch-side by security, who said it was World Rugby rules – no one but rights-holding broadcasters were permitted.

“As the All Blacks staff were being told this, their French equivalents strolled past security and filmed whatever they liked, wherever they liked.”
The poor fuckers didn't stand a chance :???:

He's up for a hearing tonight... I hadn't seen or heard a thing about it.

Absolutely.beside the few deserved complaints regarding the ref during the games, I’ve not see any French or English posters going on threats bitching over and over about it , first time I post something since the game… because this twat

SA shouldn’t have been in the finale anyway, even World Rugby recognized that BOK (Okeeffe) made 3 major mistakes in the 1/4 finale against the French.
We don't bitch about the refereeing but......Boks shouldn't be there because of......refereeing.

I'm not sure... because this was a Bunker referral from YC to RC... I had a vague inkling that there was room for citing commissioner discretion.

Rugby is resenta'tainment. The game is designed to create angry bitterists when their team loses.

It ensures you talk about it all week and show up for the next game, instead of giving up and following Wrexham AFC...which are an absolute joy btw.

I thought South Africa is unsafe. How wrong. We can do much better then France hosting a rugby WC.
Family members of outgoing All Blacks coach Ian Foster were reportedly confronted by a man wielding a knife in Paris just days before the Rugby World Cup got underway.

According to 1News, Foster's wife Leigh and daughter Michaela were approached near where the team were staying as part of an attempted mugging, although they escaped without loss of possessions or injury. Despite not revealing the incident to the public, reports claim it was discussed by the team's management and those within the camp were subsequently warned not to head out alone after dark.

The hotel, which was believed to be situated within a high-crime neighbourhood of the city reportedly had several other issues, with some players believed to be staying in rooms without air conditioning, despite temperatures crawling about 35 degrees Celsius. It was taken out of the World Cup rotation after New Zealand had left during the early part of the tournament.

The RWC dust wont settle for the next 4 years.

All this due to referee/TMO decisions.

The WC just keep on giving.
