Can't say it was grounded. Probably was but can't say for sure.
Do you think it was levitating?

Not definitive we all know it was a try but thems the rules...but Scotland should have had this wrapped up long before...France were and are mud.

TMO said it was grounded and then changed his mind. It only needs to touch the grass

You might as well do away with the TMO if you can look at all those angles and still get it wrong. Fair enough if the ref gets it wrong in real time I can live with that, but denying video evidence - bonkers.

Shambolic decision at the end.
I guess on balance there is no doubt the Scots had the rub of the green the whole game from the ref. But still, that fuck up at the end probably overrides VDM's clear and obvious pen try.

No. I said it probably was a try but no picture showed the ball touching the grass, that's all.

That's irrelevant to be honest, when the game was decided by such a blatantly bad decision.

It's even worse in review. Not a French hand in sight and a Scot with a free hand to press it down.

Ultimately the TMO said the ball was on the ground. To then bottle the decision, should see him never tmo any match again because he's admitted to bottling it.

it was just a statement. If the ref had said try and gone to check it would have been a try. The ref said no try on the field. Call The ref out if you like.

Nonsense there is a shot of the ball on the ground unless the bottom half of the ball is missing !

The French lost the ball forward in the first try in the mail on the line.

The problem is a picture did show the ball on the ground hence the TMO saying "I can see the ball on the ground".
TMO bottled it, can't be trusted to have authority in a game from now on.

Jesus. The photo is ridiculous. If it looks like a shit, smells like a shit and tastes like shit....it's a shit. Scandalous decision. I don't think I have ever been so angry after a game.

All French teams are driven and led by the 9.....Lucu just isnt up to it, when the other 9 came on France looked noticeably better.

But you also know that it's not possible for it not to touch the grass. The view was merely obstructed by... grass!

Whilst it probably was, there is no angle that actually shows the ball grounded. With the question asked it can't be given.
Which does not alter the fact Scotland pissed the game away. At half time I thought the game was lost by the failure to score then. The kick tennis in the second half as we tried not to lose put the tin hat on it. Trying not to lose rather than trying to win is generally a sure fire way of losing.
Scotland's precision was poor, tactics questionable and just generally a poor game.
