The development of backs has been objectively poor under Smith but he is getting a lot of leeway because he is winning games and championships.

Yeah, I picked out those same players, plus Tom Dodd who never makes the headlines but gets through so much effective work.

The improvement in his play since his first cap a few weeks ago is sensational!

Jack Mann is 25, he's not too young for a player. Great preserverance he's shown to come back.

Hmm, I think he got a little lucky with that to be honest. My criticism from his first game was that he was taking contact too high and I think he did it a few times today as well.
