Didn't the Welsh player play the ball on the ground?
A player on the ground without the ball is out of the game and must:
Not play the ball.

He was fine, the French player on the ground who tackled Adams was out of the game though. Would have been a penalty try anyway.

Even if he isn't held? I honestly don't know.

The Law needs to change to either always attacking side benefit of doubt or other way. I don't care but the current system results in inconsistency.

Yes. That is half the story. The other half is why the f**k they are being so passive in the tackle. Making North look quick.
Ollivon has faded into oblivion since the Ireland game.

So joy neville overrules an onfield decision last week but barnes cant overrule an obvious non try this week. why is this? what is the point of the tmo?
The refs this 6 nations have been shocking.
This thing of having to ask a certain question to the tmo. Whats that about?
Just try to find out from the refs with the big telly if its a try or not! Simple question. If its not obvious to loads of cameras then it isnt a try.

Contact with the eye area - red.
It doesn't matter whether it's slipped or not, though? Some fairly innocuous incidents have resulted in bans in the past for that offence.

The head is sacrosanct. Which is why it was a huge surprise when none of the officials noticed that the try saving tackle by Adams on the line involved twatting the Frenchman directly in the head.
