Ah.

Ngidi and Miller are the only players in the team from Natal.

I see what you mean.

Mind you, Markram also made a tacks up in the outfield and Rabada's last over was a bit expensive.

Obviously need more Western Province players in the team.

Very smart glovework there. Looks on the line so I would give it out.

So does the 3rd Ump

Yep no argument there. Good glovework.

You are singling out the only two KZN players for criticism.

I'm wondering why there aren't more Western Province players in the team.

RRR now up to over 9.

We aren't going to win this one in singles.

Markram fails to live up to his promise once again.

There's no question that he oozes class, but he always seems to get himself out cheaply.

Disappointing.

RRR almost 10 an over.

Miller to the crease.

He owes the team a big one.

Miller can't seem to get it off the square.

Woefully out of touch. When he does get hold of one, it goes straight to a fielder.

2 runs off that Russell over.

RRR now over 11.

Really can't see them winning this.

Risky second run for de Kock. A better throw would have seen him yards short.

Jeez.

Miller clears the long on fielder by millimeters.

Doesn't matter though, because he's out next ball.

I suppose he had to try to take the attack to the bowlers, with the RRR on 12.

But still.

Mind you, Linde doesn't seem to be able to buy a run either.

100 up.

de Kock goes over long off, bouncing fractionally short of the rope.

15 off the over thanks to a few fours from de Kock.

RRR down below 12.

Linde finally holes out.

That was coming.

Rabada to the crease.

This game all but finished.

de Kock has other ideas, though and smacks Bravo over cow corner to bring up his fifty with a six.

Rabada has an almighty swish and the ball goes fractionally over the off stump.

Another dot ball and Rabada runs a bye to the keeper to get de Kock back on strike. Wise move!

Your wicket Rinkals. :shh:

Looking a bit grim Saffers.

Well I think that's that.

Bravo has been allowed to bowl wides outside the tramline without getting penalised and de Kock finally goes after one that was even further away and perishes at backward point.

Nothing in the hutch now but rabbits.

First rabbit goes: Shamsi skies the first ball.

Ngidi to the crease.

Keeps one ball out but perishes on the second.

Hardly worth Nortje coming out.

3 wickets in that Bravo over. Christmas is here early.

I was wondering whether McCoy would try another beamer.

This time it's called.

Rabada loses sight of it and ducks into it.

Rabada hits the ball into a balcony and we spend a few minutes disinfecting it after the occupants throw it back.

Markram’s 1st and only over goes for 20 runs. Windies win by 21 runs.

To be fair, Rabada's third over went for 25.

Miller does have a lot to answer for: if either of his dropped catches had been taken, it's pretty likely the target would have been at least 20 runs lighter.

The first one would have been a fairly simple catch normally, but the ball landed between him and Markram with Markram running towards him. Actually Markram was probably better placed to take the catch in any case.

The second one was a sitter.

I'm singling out players that are consistently not performing. I really don't care where they are from.

Big match. We need to start winning these type of games if we want to win world cups.

Ngidi gets Lewis against the run of play.

Lewis picks out Markram at long off.

3 Down. RRR goes over 9.
